Roles & Responsibilities :
A Business Development Associate is responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients through a variety of sales and marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
● Conducting product demos and presentations to potential clients, answering their questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
● Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners through regular communication and follow-up, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
● Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
● Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, and calls.
●Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including leads, contacts, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.
● Achieving the monthly targets while completing all the input metrics targets.
Hiring Criteria
During 1-month training – INR 21,428 per month (fixed) + incentives
After training – INR 6.5 LPA (4.1 LPA Fixed + 2.4 LPA Variable)
