Roles & Responsibilities :
A Business Development Associate is responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients through a variety of sales and marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
● Conducting product demos and presentations to potential clients, answering their questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
● Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners through regular communication and follow-up, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
● Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
● Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, and calls.
●Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including leads, contacts, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.
● Achieving the monthly targets while completing all the input metrics targets.
Hiring Criteria
During 1-month training – INR 21,428 per month (fixed) + incentives
After training – INR 6.5 LPA (4.1 LPA Fixed + 2.4 LPA Variable)
Skill Required - Excellent Communication

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager & Video Content Creator to lead our online presence. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management & Strategy:
- Ownership of Social Media Accounts: Manage and take full ownership of all company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Content Planning & Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content calendar. Coordinate with the design team to produce engaging image and video content that aligns with our brand strategy.
- Community Engagement: Timely responses to all online inquiries and direct messages from customers on social media platforms. Monitor conversations, address customer questions, and coordinate with internal teams for sales inquiries and support issues.

Video Content Production & Editing:

- Full Production Cycle: Manage the entire video production process from idea generation and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
- Video Editing: Utilize professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to assemble raw footage, add motion graphics, special effects, music, and sound design to create high-quality, polished videos.
- Asset Management: Maintain a well-organized library of video assets, including raw footage, final edits, and project files.
Key Responsibilities
Product & UI/UX Design:
• Own end-to-end design of product experiences - flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI,
• Create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to bring features from idea to launch. Maintain and evolve a scalable design system and component library.
Brand Identity & Visual Design: Define and refine companie’s visual identity - logos, colors, typography, and brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including product, web, and marketing.
Marketing Collateral: Design assets for social media, performance ads, email campaigns, blog illustrations, and investor decks.
Requirements:
• Experience: 4+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and visual storytelling.
• Education: Degree in design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Design Foundations: Solid grasp of design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and accessibility.
