Senior AI Architect (10+ YOE) 

Must-Have 

• Experience in enterprise architecture; 3+ years on Gen-AI/AI/ML governance, Responsible AI, or model-risk programs
• Hand-on experience in GenAI, AgenticAI, multi-agen models, LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, RAGAS, DeepEvals 
• Hands-on with at least three of: Azure AI Content Safety, Azure Purview, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Entra ID (RBAC/Conditional Access), Azure Monitor + Log Analytics, Application Insights/OpenTelemetry 
• LLM observability tooling exposure: Azure AI Foundry Evaluations, or equivalent 
• Reliability patterns for multi-step agent workflows: timeouts, retries, circuit breakers, idempotency keys, fallback routes, dead-letter queues 
• Governance documentation: runbooks, operating guides, and playbooks 

Good to Have

• Hands-on enterprise compliance/ethics review (not just advisory) 
• Prior Microsoft Foundry governance blueprint authoring 
• HITL workflow design using Microsoft Teams approvals, Adaptive Cards, oe Power Automate; ability to spec escalation triggers and SLAs 

Key Responsibilities 

• Define, Design & Imeplement GenAI, AgenticAI architecture, workflows
• Design reliability patterns for multi-step agent workflows (timeouts, retries, and fallbacks) and reflect these in architecture artifacts and runbook guidance 
• Author the governance + HITL operating model: monitoring, logging, bias/drift detection, escalation matrices, audit evidence, and runbooks 
• Define RBAC (Entra ID groups, Snowflake roles), policy guardrails, and ethical safeguards across agentic workflows 
• Drive deliverable acceptance through walkthroughs, dashboards, and traceable evidence within the 10-business-day Acceptance Review Period  
• Partner with customer’s governance, risk, and compliance stakeholders to translate policies into practical guardrails and documented controls

Job Description

• Lead the technical sales efforts for Praan's filterless purification systems, targeting industrial clients for the MK II platform, and commercial clients for the HIVE platform
• Identify potential customers, establish and nurture relationships, and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and advantages of our product portfolio
• Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to understand technical details, product capabilities, and competitive advantages, enabling you to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and tailor product solutions to meet their specific needs, providing technical recommendations and guidance throughout the sales process
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and ROI of our products
• Actively track and manage sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication to meet sales targets
• Provide feedback from the market to the product development teams, helping to shape future product enhancements and new offerings based on customer needs and market trends

Skill Requirements

• Past academic education in Engineering + MBA or equivallent 
• Proven track record working on engineering projects and have sold products like vibro sifters
• Past experience of 7 years to 10 years in the relevant industry
• Proven track record of successful technical sales, preferably in the B2B environment, with a focus on complex products or solutions
• Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly and yearly targets
• Strong leadership skills - will be managing a team of 4-5 Inside sales representatives
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions

• Writing code for both the front end and the back end using MERN stack [MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node. js]

Key Accountabilities:

·        Lead origination – conceptualize and develop implementable annual business plans to support growth of the Business Vertical / Organization. Meeting consultants, business influencers, EPC Contractors, OEMs.

·        Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discover and explore opportunities including comprehensive evaluation of opportunities and undertaking feasibility studies. ·        Develop negotiating strategies by studying – OEM price inputs, Competition, Client requirements, Our capabilities.

·        Develop and nurture the BD team to work seamlessly with cross functional and business teams for achievement of desired results and timely submission of bids in the competitive bidding process.

·        Establish, build and maintain an excellent network in Oil and Gas Sector Companies, PSUs, LSTK/EPC Contractors, liquid customers, and industry associations to acquire market information, sustain current business as well as develop/incubate new businesses for growth.

At least 10 – 15 years’ experience in similar business.

• 3to 4years of professional experience as a DevOps / System Engineer
• Command line experience with Linux including writing bash scripts

Responsibilities
