Job Summary

As a Mobile App Developer at Rablik Private Limited, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build seamless mobile experiences that meet client requirements and drive user engagement. We are open to hiring both freshers and experienced candidates, with a focus on candidates who have completed relevant training or internships.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Conduct unit tests and troubleshoot app functionality to ensure optimal performance.
• Work with the backend development team to integrate APIs and services.
• Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development.
• Participate in the entire app lifecycle from concept to deployment and post-launch support.
• Identify and fix bugs, optimize app performance, and ensure application security.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional certifications in mobile development technologies (e.g., Android, iOS, Flutter) are preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in mobile development frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, Android Studio, and Swift/Objective-C for iOS.
• Knowledge of API integration and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with databases like SQLite, Realm, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug code.

Experience Requirement

• For Freshers:
• No prior work experience required, but candidates should have completed relevant training or internships in mobile app development.
• Familiarity with the mobile app development process, coding best practices, and testing.
• For Experienced Candidates:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in mobile app development with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Experience with both Android and iOS platforms is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of building and deploying mobile applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Description

The primary role of this position will be to develop rich Mobile applications for a highly accessed and commercial digital content platform based on a high-performance CE device. We are looking for resources with Android and iOS technology skills for user facing application development using TypeScript and JavaScript FW competency. Your primary focus will be on developing application components and implementing them following well-known mobile development workflows.

Responsibilities:

• As an individual contributor understand the requirements, perform detailed design and coding, debugging, testing and release of the given modules.
• Development of new user-facing features using Mobile technologies, re-usable components and front-end libraries.
• Rapid development ability to build and demonstrate quick Mobile driven solutions.
• Work closely within a small team of experienced engineers to produce high-quality software products on a daring schedule.
• Demonstrate professional engineering practices including alignment to coding standards, producing design documentation, and supporting integration.
• Translating design and wireframes into high quality code, with an eye for performance on specific target devices.
• Write unit test and perform functional verification for the responsible modules
• Perform code reviews and sanity checks for the code developed.

Skills:

• Experience with React JS, React Native, JavaScript including DOM Manipulation and JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of any of React Native and its core principles for developing and maintaining Android or iOS applications.
• Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
• Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

Roles, Responsibilities and Experience:

• Cross-platform mobile app developer who has developed mobile applications and has strong experience with Ionic and Angular 7+.
• Experienced in the development and management of mobile applications, particularly hybrids (Android / iOS)
• Comprehensive experience in mobile application architecture planning
• Well qualified in mobile application design and optimization. The ideal candidate will be able to provide solutions to improve mobile app quality, understand emerging technologies, implement standards and best practices thereby able to enhance the existing stage of development and bring the mobile application, from a product standpoint, 'to the next level'
• Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies as well as frameworks so as to maximize ongoing development efficiencies
• Accurately estimate development timelines and deliver per set schedule
• Solid knowledge of mobile app development practices, along with mobile testing tools and techniques
• Expertise in optimizing the mobile apps' performance
• Experienced in using Agile principles and methodologies
• A deep understanding of the mobile landscape and user behavior patterns is mandatory

Required Skills:

• Experience using web services (HTTP, REST, SOAP) using JSON.
• Knowledge of NodeJS and MongoDB will be an added advantage.
