Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth handovers to management.

 Liaise with HR and internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and client tracking.

🔹 Market Intelligence & Research

 Interact with traders, analysts, and financial researchers to stay updated on market trends.

 Relay valuable intelligence to the management to inform growth strategies.

🔹 Relationship Management

 Proactively address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

 Drive high levels of client satisfaction, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

Who Should Apply?

If you are pursuing or have completed:

 MBA in Finance (Full-time or Online)

 BAF, BBA (Finance), BMS (Finance),

 Or any finance-related degree with an interest in trading, markets, or client engagement

And you have:

 Strong foundational knowledge of financial markets and trading instruments

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 A flair for breaking down complex ideas into simple, structured reports

 Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel); familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus

For a Customer Experience Inbound executive, we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and motivated individual - ideally a people person,

who will be able to -

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat. Make the customers feel at ease and let them know that we’ve got their back.

We are looking for a front-end developer who will be responsible for developing and designing front-end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces for web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js)."

● Designing user interactions on web pages.

● Developing SDKs.

● Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.

● Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to transform design concepts into functional, feature-rich web interfaces

Qualifications & Skills:
