Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life insurance products such as Term Plans, ULIPs, Endowment Plans, Child Plans, and Pension Plans
• Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, and walk-in customers
• Assist customers with policy documentation and KYC procedures
• Ensure timely policy issuance and provide post-sales customer support
• Follow up for policy renewals and premium payments
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain productivity standards
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with IRDAI guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Basic communication skills in English/Hindi
• Willingness to work in sales and field activities

Skills Required:

Experience:

The role being offered is Customer Relations Executive for B2C segment. As a Customer relations executive, you will be required to maintain continuous contacts with our existing customers and ensure the highest level of Engagement score.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Keep abreast with Extramarks latest offerings and best practices
2. Ensure smooth onboarding of the user/customer, and tell them about the features of the product for better engagement of the Customer
3. Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing customers
4. Collaborate with the support team (technical and academic) to address customer queries
5. Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each customer’s requirements to ensure highest satisfaction and Higher Utlization of the Application
6. Prompting clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings.
7. Harnessing relationships to generate leads from referrals to maximize our profits.
8. Ensuring a good renewal rate of the subscribed packages
9. Retain customers who raised an issue for refund/cancellation

• Developing visual strategies for the display of products on the e-store in a way that will enhance the overall user experience (UX)
• Brainstorming the e-store & Mobile App theme, design ideas, content etc with senior management
• Making detailed guidelines document to develop the User Interface (UI) for new developments and amendments
• Providing instructions and working closely with Graphic Designer for making UI designs and creatives
• Improving social reach & ad engagement and conversion rate.
• Managing the processes related to video shoots, product shoots, lifestyle shoots etc for social media and websites
• Setting up and streamlining process for product and marketing designs to result in an overall performance improvement of the team

What you need to have:

The Assistant Finance Manager will play a vital role in improving and maintaining the financial standing of our companies. The ideal candidate will help determine financial strategy and policy, arranging the appropriate funding and managing financial risks in the organization.

The Assistant Manager Finance will ensure our companies have the cash and liquidity to meet its obligations, will                  be involved in securing credit from banks and other sources, tax, HR and compliance matters. He will be an official point of contact for all financial matters.

 Establishing robust systems, processes, and controls, relating to finance interface with business operations.

• To monitor all financial activities of the company.
• Effectively interface with clients, area heads, vendors, statutory bodies and government officials.
• Preparation of ITR, tax audit related information and schedules.
• TDS and GST related compliances.
• Preparation of cash flow and trial balance
• Ensuring timely and accurate provisioning of expenses including detailed scrutiny of trial balance.
• To facilitate information in preparation of budgets & uploading the approved budgets into the system.
• Preparation and presentation of budgetary forecasts and short term / long term financial projections for management / consultants / clients.
• Preparation of MIS related information with proper and timely reconciliation of financial and management accounts.
• To demonstrate ability and skills to navigate the business through strong finance support and influence business decisions.
• Efficiently manage, working capital, inventory-holding period, average collection period and average payment period.
• Sound understanding of laws and statutory regulations pertaining to financial management, accounting, audit, compliance and taxation. Knowledge of rules and regulations framed.
• Manage payroll matters for Company, business units and subsidiaries;
• Managing daily cash flows;
• Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively;
• Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow;

• Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings and investors;
• Working with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance by business unit and on consolidated basis;

• Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole;

• Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff;
• Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities;

• Banking money and cheques received and issuing receipts as requested or needed;
• Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required;
• Payment of invoices and fees as required or otherwise instructed;
• Complete tax filings and dealing with matters relating to the IRD (Interest Rate Derivative);
• Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities

• Professional degree in finance or accounting plus 5+ years of progressively responsible finance or treasury experience
• Candidates with SME and/or startup experience preferred

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and legal documents ensuring the company’s interests are fully protected in all contracts entered into
• Providing timely and commercially sound guidance and advice to management on all regulatory matters
• Executing of Legal Contracts & Agreements of all types and nature viz. vendor, purchase contracts, rental, sale deeds, NDAs, consultancy contracts, technology licensing, manpower related, etc.
• Implementing corporate actions like buyback, incorporation, restructuring, mergers or other similar activities
• Preparing for and conducting Board and general meetings, minutes & proceedings of Board & general meetings; maintaining other statutory registers
• Filing of various forms, resolutions, and returns under the Companies Act, correspondence, and filing returns with various statutory authorities
• Preparing and circulating circular resolutions for board and committee approval from time to time
• Recommending changes to processes and procedures to reduce compliance risk and raising operational standards
• Assisting auditors by providing required clarifications and compliance of audit requirements as well as implementation of audit observations
• Assisting management with legal aspects of Fraud management
• Assisting with communication with government agencies seeking information regarding possible fraud cases
• Handling customer complaints and consumer legal notices and taking initiative for amicable settlement of the same

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed college
• Membership of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India
• 3 to 5 years experience in a regulated financial firm
• Experience in B2B and B2C financial institutions, fintech companies, and credit institutions
• Expertise in Indian laws and regulations concerning payments products such as credit cards, debit cards, direct debit, eMoney, consumer credit, and alternative payment methods
• Excellent oral, written and business communication skills in English
• Ability to provide independent advice to senior level management on highly technical matters with proper analysis
• Knowledge of and experience with laws dealing with government and/or commercial contract administration, particularly contract negotiation, preparation, and administration
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matters
• Ability to establish effective working relationships throughout the Company
• Ability to accurately proofread and correct documents
• Ability to set priorities and work under pressure
• Ability to prepare reports, research and explore assigned tasks    

• Developing, releasing, and maintaining native Android Applications and oversee mobile application development efforts.
• Deliver across the entire app life cycle, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
• Extensive experience in developing mobile apps using Android SDK with proficiency in Core Java and design patterns.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Work directly with the product manager to conceptualize, build, test and release products.
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in order to maintain code quality.

• Optimize performance for the app and keep up to date on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies.

REQUIRED SKILLSETS

• Relevant industry experience of 2+ years.
• Great understanding of Android Development SDK.
• Understanding of Google's Material Design principles and interface guidelines.
• Expertise in Core Java with solid OOD principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Git, Retrofit, JetPack, RxJAVA 2, Kotlin, basic knowledge of NDK.
• Experience with development in Kotlin and Google Activity Tracker applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of Databases like SQL Lite, Realm, Room, etc.
  Conversant with JSON API (i.e. RESTful APIs).
• Should have experience in writing Android Studio Test Cases.
• Experience with SaaS platforms for mobile development like Analytics, Push Notifications, Cloud Storage, Ad Networks, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Android's debugging, unit testing, memory, and performance optimization tools.
