Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound coldcalls and

emails

• Responsible for student admission and achieve their targets

• Understand customer needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program

• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

• Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents.

• Support students one on one in their selection of course, application process andmeeting

application deadlines.

• Should be able to assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation neededfor the

application process.

• Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions

requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures.

• Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communicationswith

parents of student applicants.

We are looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Associates to join our growing EdTech team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, education, and building customer relationships. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective students and parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Understand learner requirements and recommend relevant courses or programs
• Clearly explain course features, benefits, pricing, and enrollment process
• Follow up with leads and maintain a structured sales pipeline
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams (counseling, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding
• Build long-term relationships with learners for repeat and referral business

Eligibility & Requirements

• Freshers are welcome (graduates / final-year students can apply)
• Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, B.Tech, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment
• Basic knowledge of sales, customer handling, or EdTech is an advantage (training will be provided)
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and objection handling

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically versatile CMS Engineer (IC2) to support our transition from SharePoint to Contentful, while also contributing to the broader CMS ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to work on enterprise-grade platforms and microservice-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

·         3-5 years of experience with SharePoint Online and/or enterprise CMS platforms.

·         Familiarity with Contentful or other headless CMS solutions is a strong plus.

·         Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).

·         Exposure to Kafka, Elasticsearch, or similar distributed technologies is desirable.

·         Solid problem-solving and communication skills with an eagerness to learn.

SharePoint to Contentful Migration | Backend + CMS Integration

·         Assist in maintaining and enhancing SharePoint Online content and features during the transition period.

·         Support the migration of pages, documents, and metadata from SharePoint to Contentful.

·         Contribute to the design and development of backend services that integrate with Contentful using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.

·         Write reusable services for content delivery, search indexing (via Elasticsearch), and event processing (via Kafka).

·         Help develop APIs for CMS-based applications that interact with PostgreSQL databases.

·         Troubleshoot CMS-related issues and support testing efforts during platform migration.

Looking for DotNet FullStack Developer with experience between 7 to 12 years and Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days.

Experience in Angular 2 or above versions is Mandatory.

The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for bringing the platform to the next level and ensuring the stability of the core platform. S/he will report directly to our GM and will have the opportunity to participate in the next phase of growth at Delishop, developing the platform and adapting it to meet the needs of new verticals. S/he will have flexibility and responsibilities from day one with expectations to contribute to the growth of the company by bringing new ideas and solutions to the table.

Duties:

• Coordinate project work with junior staff under the supervision of the GM.
• Act as a technical lead to the junior staff
• Lead production troubleshooting.
• Participate in the ideation of how to optimise the platform.

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of working experience in development.
• Very good knowledge of ReactJS including workflows (eg: redux)
• Good knowledge of the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP).
• Experience creating and using APIs (REST)
• Solid experience with ExpressJS/lambda and other backend technologies
• Understand of token and authentication mechanisms (eg: JWT)
• Experience with AWS, Command line tools and Auto-Scaling Environments.
• Comfortable with GIT (CLI), including branching and merging.
