About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Business Development Executive to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IT products/services and proven experience in generating leads and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

·     Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.

·     Generate leads through cold calling, networking, research, and digital platforms.

·     Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions and services.

·     Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

·     Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential customers.

·     Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

·     Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

·     Maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and documentation.

·     Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and market developments.

Required Skills & Competencies

·     Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·     Good understanding of IT products, software solutions, or digital services.

·     Ability to present and explain technical solutions to clients clearly.

Qualifications

·     Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

·     Prior experience in IT Sales / Business Development will be preferred.

Candidates from Product Based companies preferred with IC roles

Candidates who have worked in 0-10 journey and passionate to that again

Ready to work in high growth enviornment

Job Requirements :

- 3+ years on Flutter, Overall 7 years plus

- Hands on and individual contribution on Syntax, Logic and Debugging

- Take ownership of the entire fintech application having 1M + users

- Recruit , train and manage Senior Developers (our most junior developers are 3+ years)

- Worked on latest android versions

- Hands on on Firebase, notifications, Google Maps, Sessions Management , Socket integration

- Good at Core Java and create own libraries

- Work Exp in Lead role in past companies

Experience with Flutter is a plus

IT Operations Management:

 Oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, service desk, data center,

and network management.

 Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT services and

platforms.

 Implement and uphold ITIL best practices across incident, change, problem, and

service management.

 Lead and mentor the IT operations team to achieve performance and service

excellence.

 Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery.

Presales Support for Managed Services:

 Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects to develop tailored Managed

Services offerings for prospective clients.

 Participate in client meetings to present operational capabilities, service

models, and SLAs.

 Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation for

managed services solutions.

 Provide technical insights and feasibility assessments for client requirements.

Customer Infrastructure Transition:

 Lead the transition and onboarding of customer IT environments into our

Managed Services framework.

 Define and execute transition plans including discovery, documentation,

handover, and stabilization.

 Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth

migration of services and minimal disruption.

 Identify risks and mitigation strategies during the transition phase.

Vendor and Compliance Management:

 Manage third-party service providers and ensure SLA compliance.

 Ensure adherence to industry standards, security practices, and regulatory

requirements.

 Participate in IT budgeting, procurement, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Write clean and efficient code using best practices, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Participate in architectural discussions and propose technical solutions that align with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and troubleshoot issues.

Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.

Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a software engineer, with a focus on backend development.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.

Extensive experience with web application development frameworks such as Spring, Django, or Flask.

Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and proficiency in writing complex queries.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications

Your responsibilities:
• Working on end-to-end product development, from conceptualisation stage till the final product release
