Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Founder's Office in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Prepare, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and related documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Delivery, Sales) for documentation and approvals
- Maintain records, trackers, and documentation repositories with high accuracy
- Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups on action items
- Support vendor management, invoicing coordination, and basic financial tracking
- Ensure timely communication and coordination across departments
