What You Will Do:

• Help build the AI led Credit Decisioning Engine which can generate a Credit Report for each loan case received by it.
• Work with the Credit team to build a Credit Risk Engine covering all the fundamental aspects of credit risk.
• Write Product Requirements by understanding the Credit Documentation written by the Credit Team.
• Help our customers adopt additional credit risk assessment methods which were not feasible earlier due to lack of technological capabilities of AI.
• Write and improve prompts used to generate report and sections of reports for loan applications.
• Collaborate with Designers to define and design new features, and write PRDs for the same.
• Collaborate with Credit and AI teams to adopt new alternative data sources and build credit risk frameworks to utilise the same.
• Collaborate with Engineering Team to deliver new features, write Release Notes

You Should Have:

• Between 5-10 years of total work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, and at least 2 years in Financial Analysis or related field.
• Working knowledge of Financial Analysis, and capability to read and interpret Financial Data.
• Working knowledge of basic Data Science concepts and methods.
• Working knowledge of modern product design and development tools (eg Figma)
• Strong understanding of product management frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A Full-Time Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering (IT/CS) is mandatory.
• A Master's in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a high-growth tech company or startup is a plus.
• Experience in developing a website on Shopify is required.
• 2 to 5 years of product management, IT, e-commerce, operations, or related experience on a digital product/platform.
• High proficiency with JavaScript libraries like Nodejs/React, GraphQL/PHP, AWS, and MongoDB development.
