Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to aspiring competitive programmers, helping them enhance their problem-solving skills and algorithmic knowledge.
• Content Development: Create and curate high-quality programming challenges, tutorials, and resources tailored to various skill levels.
• Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant and inclusive community of programmers by organizing regular contests, webinars, and interactive sessions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of participants, offering personalized feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to develop and implement innovative training programs and initiatives.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in competitive programming to ensure our training programs are cutting-edge.
• Team Management: Handle and support team members, ensuring they are aligned with the goals and objectives of our programs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in system design and competitive programming with a strong track record in major contests (e.g., Codeforces, LeetCode, TopCoder, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring programmers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and educational content.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

1. Must be familiar with the usage of accounting software like tally or similar

2. Good command of MS Excel, MS Word

3. Preparation of salary statements, departmental returns

4. Any other work assigned from time to time

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, chat and emails from customers in a prompt and swift manner

• Identify & assess customer’s needs, clarify information and provide solutions and alternatives wherever applicable

• Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalate to concerned authority when necessary

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

• Provide accurate & complete information to improve customer satisfaction leading to noticeable results

• Maintain records of every interaction and forward to concerned team member whenever necessary

Who can apply:

• Graduate from any stream
• 2+ years experience in a customer support role

• Strong Track record of performance 

• Strong listening , written and verbal communication skills

• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

• Must be fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

• Familiarity with working Freshdesk/Zendesk/Zoho Desk is desirable 

Responsibilities

 Analyze user engagements (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)

 Report on web traffic from all social media

 Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing projects

 Identify the habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience

 Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness

 Coordinate with our digital team and the Marketing department to design advertising campaigns

 Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments

 Advise other employees on their social media activity (e.g. how to respond to comments and questions by customers and what to share on personal or company accounts)

 Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company

Requirements:

 Previous work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role

 Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns

 In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics

 Experiences with social media management tools, like Buffer and Hootsuite

 Familiarity with online content (experience with WordPress and content management systems preferred)

 Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends

 Time management and multitasking skills

 Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management will add plus points to your performance.

• 3+ Years of experience in MDM (IDD UserExits / Hub User Exits)
• 2+ years experience in Java
• 1+ years’ experience in Activos
• 3+ years experience developing with SIF API, BES apis.
• Well versed with SOAP and RESTful WebServices
• Working with business partners and technical team to understand the requirements.
• Develop, program, and unit test the Java code needed.
• Support integration and Regression testing activities around custom Java objects
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical area or equivalent
• Ability to move between high level architecture design and getting involved in all phases of hands-on development
• Excellent communication skills, particularly those relating to complex findings and presenting them to ensure audience appeal at various levels of the organization
• Ability to integrate research and best practices into problem avoidance and continuous improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to successfully team with software vendors, external partners and internal business and IT associates.
• Must be able to perform as an effective member in a team-oriented environment, maintain a positive attitude, and achieve desired results while working with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

• Research industry-related topics
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our services
• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
• Submit work to editors for input and approval
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Promote content on social media
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed

Requirements

• Proven 2-4 years’ work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Familiarity with web publications
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Graduation / Masters in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
