We are looking for a responsible Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to our MD & CEO in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the MD & CEO’s working life and communication with various stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
Working as an Assistant at Navtech, you will:
- Act as the single point of contact between our MD and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries from various stakeholders in a timely manner
- Manage our MD & CEO’s diary and schedule his meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements for our MD & CEO as and when required
- Take dictation and minutes of meeting as per requirement
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs for the MD & CEO accordingly
- Implement & execute business workflows
- Handle employee queries & report them to the MD
Who Are We Looking For Exactly?
- Someone with proven work experience as a Personal Assistant to a CXO / MD / CEO
- Someone with good knowledge of general office management systems and processes, and up-to-date knowledge of latest office gadgets, applications and technologies
- Someone with proficiency in usage of MS Office
- Someone who is well versed in use of English for regular communication (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi would also be preferable, but not mandatory
- Someone with good educational background with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Someone with the ability to multitask and prioritize their own daily workload
- Someone who can maintain a high level of integrity and discretion while handling all confidential information that they come across
- Someone with a genial and a pleasing personality overall
