WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

• MBA in Marketing/management or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or customer success roles in a service-based environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing service teams and delivering services across various technologies or domains.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Proven track record of improving client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
•  Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
• Ability to think critically and address client concerns efficiently.

• BS in CS or EE or equivalent
• Experience working on large scale systems in rapid growth environments
• Experience with public cloud offerings (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Solid programming skills; preferred experience in Java, and/or Python
• Experience with modern web frameworks, advanced algorithms/data intelligence, public
• cloud platforms and streaming data pipelines
• Familiarity with containerization, microservices architecture, continuous integration, and delivery
• 5+ years’ experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing and formulating apps that are suitable for use on all types of Android devices.
• Implementing measures to safeguard users' data.
• Ensuring that the construction and presentation of your apps are congruent with the company's standards.
• Proofreading your code and correcting mistakes before each app is released.
• Collaborating with UI and UX Designers, as well as Software Testers, to ensure that each app is presentable and in perfect working order.
• Liaising with the marketing department to ensure consistency in our company's 'voice' across the board.
• Monitoring app reviews to detect areas for improvement.
• Creating app updates, including bug fixes and additional features, for release.

Key Competencies (Functional):

• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or C++.
• Ability to use the Android Studio, including the Android SDK, with ease.
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git, and SVN.
• Knowledge of C-based libraries.
• Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
• Experience with continuous integration.

Relevant Experience: 2-5 years

The position is responsible to carry out product design, tests and other related activities as allocated. Working as a member within the current hardware engineering team, who collectively execute all the necessary activities to design, improve and optimize customer projects and production - especially the reliability and robustness aspects.

Requirements:

1. Graduate in Electronic Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a similar industry Self-driven individual with hands-on skills.
2. Experience of Embedded Electronic Digital, Analog, Power electronic design.
3. Familiarity with ECAD tools for schematic capture, simulation, component selection, PCB design.
4. Experience of design for EMI/EMC.
5. Create manufacturing deliverables for prototypes and production.
6. Application of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) techniques.
7. Experience of debugging and fault finding in new and existing designs.
8. Experience of failure analysis and design review.
9. Experience with tools like Cadence or ORCad.
10. Creation of RFQ package for EMS provider and qualification of offers.
11. Experience of project/task planning.
12. Knowledge of project management tools.
13. Well versed with usage of test equipment like Multimeter, Oscilloscope and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
14. Familiarity with EMI, EMC, Environmental, Mechanical standards and type tests.
