Job Description -

Profile: Senior ML Lead

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Work Mode: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures including data ingestion, model development, training, deployment, and monitoring
• Evaluate and select appropriate ML algorithms, frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake)
• Guide teams in model operationalization (MLOps), versioning, and retraining pipelines
• Ensure AI/ML solutions align with business goals, performance, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data strategy, governance, and AI adoption roadmap

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in ML algorithms, Linear Regression, and modeling fundamentals
• Proficiency in Python with ML libraries and frameworks
• MLOps: CI/CD/CT pipelines for ML deployment with Azure
• Experience with OpenAI/Generative AI solutions
• Cloud-native services: Azure ML, Snowflake
• 8+ years in data science with at least 2 years in solution architecture role
• Experience with large-scale model deployment and performance tuning

Good-to-Have:

• Strong background in Computer Science or Data Science
• Azure certifications
• Experience in data governance and compliance

Position Overview & Priorities

We are looking for an IOS developer with 0-1 year of experience. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the product. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality products is important. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required:

Primary responsibility would be:

• Responsible for answering and solving customer queries via live chat, email, and calls.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Product & Technology.
• Learn the codebase - how classes/components/functions/events work together and affect each other.
• Help customers implement a chat solution by walking them step by step through any aspect of the integration process that is giving them trouble.
• Know the documentation inside and out to find the correct documents for customer issues.
• Troubleshoot customer codebase errors to determine if the root cause is on the customer end or CometChat end.
• Identify product bugs by attempting to replicate customer issues in CometChat sample apps.
• Reply to support requests via chat and email - including technical and nontechnical support queries.
• Join and lead customer calls where customers explain and show code-based errors and issues.
• Improving coding skills to a point where you can work on CometChat codebase.
• Write and maintain code.
• Work on minor bug fixes.
• Writing clean and efficient codes for iOS.
• Developing new features and user interfaces as per product specification.
• Staying up to date with new mobile technologies trends, applications, and protocols.
• Collaborating with a team to define, design, and ship new features.

Prioritised Experiences and Capabilities

• Having 0-1 years of experience in internship/training of iOS development.
• Must have used agentic IDEs and coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code), to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality, security, and engineering standards.
• Basic knowledge of Swift.
• Knowledge in iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services will be an added advantage.
• Better to have understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred.

MLOps | Exp- 10 + yrs

Working Shift Hour - Anytime in between 11 am to 11pm. ( It can start from 11am, 12am , 1pm or 2 pm)

Location- Remote ( C2C Oppurtunity)

Required Skills:

• Expertise in deploying Tensorflow and PyTorch. Experience with both computer vision and language models strongly preferred.
• The ability to select and transform features at scale for BERT-based models.
• Setting up monitoring and evaluation metrics in Sagemaker.
• Creating A/B tests for ML models in Sagemaker.
• Expertise in model deployment and orchestration.

Experience:

• Deploying transformer-based models with Tensorflow or PyTorch in production workflows.
• Resource selection, evaluation and optimization for production model deployments.
• Familiarity and demonstrated experience with the following strongly preferred:
• Convolutional neural networks
• Feedforwards Neural networks
• Diffusion Models
• Ranking Algorithms
• Approximate Nearest Neighbors - HNSW.
• Bayesian Methods
• Regression Models
• Decision Trees
• Clustering (K-Means, DBScan).

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field desirable.

• 5 years of Database administrator experience in Microsoft technologies

• Experience with Azure SQL in a multi-region configuration

• Azure certifications (Good to have)

• 2+ Years’ Experience in performing data migrations upgrades/modernizations, performance tuning on IaaS and PaaS Managed Instance and SQL Azure

• Experience with routine maintenance, recovery, and handling failover of a databases

Knowledge about the RDBMS e.g., Microsoft SQL Server or Azure cloud platform.

• Expertise Microsoft SQL Server on VM, Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure SQL

• Experience in setting up and working with Azure data warehouse.

• Knowledge of Pre-Paid Card Systems to implement In house system  and / or manage Partner outsourced solutions --- Project Management  
• Must have Experiences in Skills such as Oracle, Sql, MySQL, Java, C++, C #, DOTNET, XML, Ajax, Java Scripts, Web technologies. etc.
• Experience in Cards Products – Pre-paid system (Single / Multi Currency), Forex’s cards (Card Management System/Issuances + Transactions processing).

• 8+ years of experience building Web applications, APIs, Service based platforms
• Excellent command on Java/J2EE and/or Spring/Hibernate
• Strong command over REST based services and micro-services
• Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL
• Good knowledge of creating and maintaining Dev ops infrastructure on AWS or similar platforms
• Good knowledge of code repo software such as git and build management tools
