The Role

Responsibilities
- Own full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
- Present the product, online and in person, to researchers, teaching faculty and academic librarians.
- Proactively build & nurture relations with clients and users through emails, calls and in person.
- Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions based on priorities in your work.
- Work effectively with other team members to deliver on sales targets, team projects and campaigns.
- Attend trade shows and participate in other marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work in 9 AM to 5 PM EST (New York time zone) shift.
- A college degree.
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in business development or account management roles
- A drive to succeed and a passion to build a career in sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in person and online.
- Experienced with Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Confidence in dealing with clients and product users.

Role Overview:
The SEO Analyst is responsible for optimizing the organization’s online presence by improving search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and enhancing user engagement. This role requires expertise in SEO strategies, analytics, and a strong understanding of mental health-related content to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value terms relevant to mental health services and integrate them into the content strategy.
- Content Optimization:
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and keywords.
- Ensure that content adheres to SEO best practices while maintaining accuracy and sensitivity in mental health-related topics.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO efforts and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
- Technical SEO Management:
- Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance, such as page speed, mobile usability, and broken links.
- Ensure the website is optimized for search engine crawlers and adheres to the latest algorithm updates.
- Competitor and Market Analysis:
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market.
- Research emerging SEO techniques and tools to maintain a competitive edge in the mental health sector.
- Local SEO:
- Develop and manage local SEO strategies to enhance visibility in specific geographic areas.
- Optimize Google My Business profiles and manage location-based search strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience as an SEO Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in optimizing content for the mental health or healthcare sector is mandatory.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic coding practices is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Role & responsibilities:
- Developing ETL pipelines for data replication
- Analyze, query and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures
- Manage very large-scale data from a multitude of sources into appropriate sets for research and development for data science and analysts across the company
- Convert prototypes into production data engineering solutions through rigorous software engineering practices and modern deployment pipelines
- Resolve internal and external data exceptions in timely and accurate manner
- Improve multi-environment data flow quality, security, and performance
Skills & qualifications:
- Must have experience with:
- virtualization, containers, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- creating log ingestion pipelines (Apache Beam) both batch and streaming processing (Pub/Sub, Kafka)

- supporting machine learning models in production

What you need to do:
- Responsible for driving strategic decision making and also manage day to day financial operations of the company.
- Responsible for coordinating with various functions of the company and compiling all financial data and preparing final financial reports and measuring the performance.
- Preparing and presenting monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss, forecast vs. budget for reconciliation.

- 4+ years of mobile software development (iOS & Android).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Deep understanding and proficiency in building mobile apps from scratch using at least one mobile language (Swift, Java, Objective-C, etc.). Experience with multiple platforms is preferred.
- Desire and ability to expand expertise into additional mobile languages.
- Expertise in designing testable software and building large scale, complex applications.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about writing clean, well organized, and production-ready code.
- A portfolio of Apps or SDKs already built and in the App Store and Google Play.
- Desire to build a larger in-house team and manage a group of developers over time.
- Some management experience preferred.
