Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and skilled React Native Mobile Developer with hands-on experience in building high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing scalable, user-centric mobile solutions that align with product goals and enhance overall customer experience.

You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to design, develop, test, and deploy new features while ensuring application performance, responsiveness, and reliability. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise in React Native, a solid understanding of mobile architecture and APIs, and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in a fast-

paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
4. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards and best practices.
6. Integrate third-party APIs and services.
7. Work on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications.
8. Stay updated on the latest technologies and frameworks to continuously improve app development.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a React Native Developer (minimum 1 years).
• Hands-on experience with React Native, including complex app architectures, Redux-Saga, Sockets.io or Context API.
• Understanding of mobile app development principles, including the mobile development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs to connect mobile apps with backend services.
• Experience in optimizing app performance and troubleshooting crashes.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Must Have:

• Experience with TypeScript in React Native and Angular
• Understanding of mobile app distribution via App Store and Play Store.

Summary of role:

As a Developer, you will be working alongside our product team in the conceptualization, design and development of app and frontend components. You will be doing the following on the job

• Write clean, manageable code and maintain proper documentation
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components using Android material design concepts
• Writing application interface codes using Java, Android
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.

Key Responsibilities of this Role:

• At least three years of production level experience in working with native Android using Kotlin, Java
• Bachelors in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience) is preferred
• Understanding of key design principles.
• At least one Android app developed by you must be live
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• In-depth knowledge and passion for Java, Kotlin, CSS, HTML, OOPs and front-end languages
• If you have worked on an app (on Android) used by 100K+ users, you will be preferred.

• 7+ years of full-time iOS engineering experience with strong expertise in React Native and deep understanding of iOS SDK.
• Proficient in object oriented programming, multithreading, networking, memory management and source control management (git).

• Proficiency with UI/UX paradigms to build elegant user experiences.

About the Role:

Are you a talented & enthusiastic Android development expert with a love for mobile based technology and Open-Source communities? Would you like to work on a project with large social impact? Are you experienced with Databases on Android, creating developer APIs and complete Android applications? Are you comfortable leading a small team and interacting with stakeholders from customers and outside stakeholders? Then we would like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Take part in the development and enhancement of an Open-Source SDK
• Be both an individual contributor with hands-on development responsibility, as well as a mentor and lead for a small developer team
• Contribute to the Open-Source community interaction, including participation in the discussion forums
• Review code contributions, review pull requests
• Create and maintain the documentation for the SDK
• Design and development a usable and functional Android reference app
• Hands-on Android development, including feature development, troubleshooting, debugging, problem solving and bug fixing
• Design and run your own unit test cases, integration test cases and test automation
• Analyze new requirements, investigate feasibility, suggest implementation options and estimate efforts timeline, dependencies and risks
• Collaborate closely with other development team members, including some being located at other parts of the world
