Business Development Officer

What You will do

• Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
• Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
• Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritise needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
• Directing or performing Website updates.
• Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
• Editing, writing, or designing Website content, and directing team members who produce content.
• Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.
• Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
• Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
• Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
• Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.

What you will need

1. Key Responsibilities 
1. Grow social media pages of the company 
2. Strategize and execute campaigns to drive brand affinity and new consumers
3. in-charge of all social media handles of the company (big social networks + new age networks)
4. Partner with other brands to co-create campaigns
5. Collaborate with other marketing verticals to grow the app community

1. 1. 0 to 2 years. Experience with high-growth consumer apps in India is a big plus
   2. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in the English language are a must. Hindi and other Indian languages are a plus 
   3. Love social media and short video apps. SelfSelf-usage social networks with a good following are a must.

Platform Engineering Team - where HE/SHE will be a direct impact on the entire engineering org by leading the design, build, and test of critical systems leveraged by all engineers every day. HE/SHE will manage and operate CI/CD systems, Artefact management systems, and common infra automation. HE/SHE will be partnering with engineering teams and developing scalable tools and infrastructure that help engineers develop, test, debug, and release software quickly.

Relevant work experience:

• 5+ years working in the Information Technology Industry
• 2+ years system engineering or platform engineering

• Planning and executing product marketing initiatives for the company's sellers
• Designing and improving acquisition, retention and referral journeys for sellers, across various products and services
• Conducting regular competitive analysis and identifying new possibilities to create seller-centric products
• Understanding conversion rate optimization principles and applying them to any revenue lines
• Developing understanding of consumer behavior and creating/ refining customer personas
• Keeping a track of marketing spend and revenue metrics across product lines and ensuring these are in sync with the overall business targets

What you need to have:

• Engg. from IITs, BITS Pilani, NITs or MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business schools
• 1-2 years of growth marketing experience is an advantage
• User-first mindset: you believe in gathering regular feedback from end users to improve business outcomes
• A zeal for quick execution and scale up
• Knowledge of tools (preferred but not necessary): Google Analytics, CRM, Power BI, MS Excel
• Ability to slice and dice data

Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of AWS.
• Implements AWS cloud platform.

Terraform expertise is a MUST for this role.

Desired Profile

 Providing expertise on all matters related to CI, CD and DevOps.

 Building and maintaining highly available production systems.

 Developing and maintaining release related documents, such as release plan, release notes etc.

 Ensuring quality releases and managing release and configuration change conflicts to resolution.

 Tracking release and publishing release notes.  Investigating and resolving technical issues by deploying updates/ fixes.

 Onboard applications to DevOps process.

 Setup and configure build jobs.

 Create automated deployment scripts.

 Configure JIRA workflow, and integrate with Jenkins / Micro-services.

Qualification

 Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and have previous experience as a DevOps Engineer.

 AWS Certification will be a plus.

 Experience of automation and provisioning approaches, using tools such as Terraform & Cloud Formation

Skillset Required

 Solid experience within release management, infra architecture, CI&CD.

 Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.

 Proven experience of using Jenkins, Unix Shell Commands, Container technology (Docker, Kubernetes),

Java Programming, Groovy Script, Git, Code Branching Strategy, Maven, Gradle, JIRA, ECS, OpenShift.

Nice to have:

cryptography and system software development experience,understanding of design patterns, understanding of operating systems and networks, ability to design algorithms and mathematical models.
