What You’ll Do

• Own and scale growth across Meta, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, SEO, affiliates, influencers, and retargeting.
• Run bold experiments, test fast, and double down on what drives results.
• Deep-dive into analytics — optimize funnels, cut waste, and boost conversions.
• Create content that builds trust, recall, and demand, not just clicks.
• Collaborate with agencies, influencers, and partner brands (like MyGate) — understand target audiences by use case, design the right campaigns, and get them executed with clear ROI.
• Manage budgets with discipline, efficiency, and accountability.
• Work directly with founders to set ambitious goals — and hit them.
• Guide and mentor agencies or junior marketers to deliver consistent creative and performance output.

Must-Have Requirements

• 3+ years of performance marketing experience with proven CAC and ROAS impact.
• Strong analytical mindset — turns campaign data into insights and actions.
• Hands-on across Meta + Google Ads, remarketing, influencer strategy, and SEO fundamentals.
• Genuine storytelling ability — understands how content builds trust and converts.
• Deep customer empathy — ideally with experience in event, food, or consumer internet segments.
• Clear communicator who can align creative, performance, and brand thinking.
• Startup agility — executes fast, iterates daily, learns from data.

Job Profile:-

We’re in search of a Back-End Software Engineer that specializes in server-side components. In this role, you’ll primarily work on Node JS, Mongo DB, Redis, building scalable products and will bring a depth of knowledge on algorithms and data structures. As a Back-End Software Engineer, on any given day you might be architecting new features for our customers, refactoring existing code to be more scalable, and seeing changes through to completion in a live environment.

Typical work week look like:-

- Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Design and implementation of scalable applications by using asynchronous programming with low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
-Integration of data storage solutions by creating database schemas that represent and support business processes and also Integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Explore technical innovation and propose new solutions as and when required.
- Work with engineers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every month.


Our ideal candidate should have:-

- 4+ years of relevant experience in a Tech Startup
- A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a BE/BTech or MS in Information Technologies/Computer Science)
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript and knowledge of Node.js and frameworks.
- Strong hands on MongoDB and ability to write aggregation queries.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on on code versioning tools, such as Git, Redis, AWS, Sockets

Position Overview: 

The Principal Cloud Network Engineer is a key interface to Client teams and is responsible to develop convincing technical solutions. This requires them to work closely with clients for multiple partner-vendors teams to architect the solution. 

This position requires sound technical knowledge, proven business acumen and differentiating client interfacing ability. You are required to anticipate, create, and define an innovative solution which matches customer’s needs and the clients tactical and strategic requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement next-generation networking technologies
• Deploy/support large-scale production network
• Track, analyze, and trend capacity on the broadcast network and datacenter infrastructure
• Provide Tier 3 escalated network support
• Perform fault management and problem resolution
• Work closely with other departments, vendors, and service providers
• Perform network change management, support modifications, and maintenance
• Perform network upgrade, maintenance, and repair work
• Lead implementation of new systems
• Perform capacity planning and management
• Suggest opportunities for improvement
• Create and support network management objectives, policies, and procedures
• Ensure network documentation is kept up-to-date
• Train and assist junior engineers.

Must Have Skills:

    Candidates with overall 10+ years of experience in the following:

• Hands-on: Routers/Switches, Firewalls (Palo Alto or similar), Load Balancer (RTM, GTM), AWS (VPC , API Gateway , Cloudfront , Route53, CloudVAN, Directconnect, Privatelink, Transit Gateway ) Networking, Wireless.
• Strong hands-on coding/scripting experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, Golang, Java, Bash, etc. 
• Networking technologies: Routing Protocols (BGP, EIGRP & OSPF, VRFs, VLANs, VRRP, LACP, MLAG, TACACS / Rancid / GIT, IPSec VPN, DNS / DHCP, NAT / SNAT, IP Multicast, VPC, Transit Gateway, NAT Gateway, ALB/ELB), Security Groups, ACL, HSRP, VRRP, SNMP, DHCP.
• Managing hardware, IOS, coordinating with vendors/partners for support.
• Managing CDN, Links, VPN technologies, SDN/Cisco ACI ( Design and implementaion ) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV).
• Reviewing technology designs, and architecture, taking local and regional regulatory requirements into account for Voice, Video Solutions, Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Firewalls, NGFW, NAT, IPS, Botnet, Application Control, DDoS, Web Filtering.
• Palo Alto Firewall / Panorama, Big-IQ, and NetBrain tools/technology standards to daily support and enhance performance, improve reliability .
• Creating a real-time contextual living map of Client’s network with detailed network specifications, including diagrams, equipment configurations with defined standards
• Improve the reliability of the service, bring in proactiveness to identify and prevent impact to customers by eliminating Single Point of Failure (SPOF).
• Capturing critical forensic data, and providing complete visibility across the enterprise, for security incidents as soon as a threat is detected, by implementing tools like NetBrain.

• Industry certifications on Switching, Routing and Security.
