

Role Overview:
The Frontend Development Intern will help build and refine the UI components for CopilotGTM, especially focusing on interfaces for proposal generation and customer-facing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Assist in developing UI components for proposal creation and sales tool integration.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.
- Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Familiarity with version control (Git).
Preferred:
- Experience with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Knowledge of backend APIs and integration workflows.

We are looking for Lead Software Developer with:
Deep understanding of (and passion for) JavaScript, performance, browsers, stylesheets, and
mobile devices.
CS, math, statistics or physics degrees.

UI instincts, but not necessarily ability to create designs from scratch.

What would you be building:
You would be working on global consumer-facing products at a fast-growing startup that
would give you great exposure to all different aspects of full-stack development. You

Your Roles and Responsibilities
As a front-end developer, you will be a part of a close-knit team of 10x engineers who
will get complete accountability of designing the front of all the products of the company.

1) Break down tech problems and determine a workable solution.
2) Integrate front-end design and/or code into the back-end system.
3) Develop incrementally and iteratively to elicit feedback over a short period of

Requirements
1) Work experience as a front end developer with a reputed organization
2) Good Understanding of ReactJs or Next Js
3) Intermediate understanding of relational databases, specifically SQL-based
systems, and language.
4) Basic to intermediate understanding of front-end languages and technologies,
such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, etc.
5) Solid understanding of object-oriented development and design patterns.
6) Good understanding of testing concepts and practices, including unit, integration,
and use case testing.
7) A BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or
comparable experience in web application development required.

Responsibilities
As a Frontend Developer (Next.js) you will be responsible for -
- Building the Complete UI/UX of our web application from scratch.
- Work closely with the Backend Engineer to integrate the algorithmic output from the backend REST APIs.
- Work closely with the product owners to create dynamic infographics with intuitive user controls.
- Work closely with our web Designer for bringing design to life.
- Participate in UAT, troubleshoot, bugs and application integration issues
- Create and maintain documentation related to the developed processes and applications
Qualification & Experience
- 2-3 years of demonstrable experience designing, building and working as a Next.js Developer for enterprise web application
- Ideally, this would include the following:
- Expert-level proficiency with Next.js and all its concepts
- Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5 & CSS
- Expert-level proficiency with ReactJS and all its concepts like Hooks and Redux
- Familiarity with Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework
- Understanding of REST concepts and interacting with REST APIs
- Deep understanding of a few UI concepts:
- Cross-browser compatibility and implementing the responsive web design
- Familiarity with common JS visualization libraries built using D3, Chart.js, Highcharts, etc.
- Understanding of Next.js coding Standards
- Experience working with UX designers and bringing design to life
- In addition, the ideal candidate would have great problem-solving skills and familiarity with code versioning tools such as Github

As a UI Developer with 2+ years of experience
Strong with Javascript/ Typescript with good understanding of DOM
Experience with UI frameworks such as React/ Angular/ VueJS
Good with CSS/ SCSS/ SASS and handling responsive UI development
Experience using standard UI frameworks such as bootstrap, bulma, material ui etc
Ability to split code into logical components with impetus towards writing reusable components/ styles
Experience with handling state management, separation of layers with the right kind of abstraction

We are looking to hire an experienced Frontend Developer with a very good grasp over Javascript and the capability to make responsive pages.
