React Native Developer

Responsibilities

● Develop high-quality Javascript (ES6) code for our React Native applications (iOS/Android).

● Coordinate with backend engineers to establish JSON-based APIs.

● Optimize application for maximum speed and compatibility.

● Integrating third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts

● Multitask seamlessly, always maintaining a positive attitude and a client-first mentality

● Incorporate engineering best practices, methodologies & standards in all deliverables

● Pay close attention to details and be able to follow specifications and mockups (pixel perfect).

● Making recommendations to address UI/UX issues.

Requirement:

● 1-2 yrs Experience in React Native

● Strong experience in React Native, JavaScript, ES6, CSS3.

● Good experience with React or React Native and Redux.

● Experience building complex features and interfaces for React Native applications.

● Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

● Experience with version control tools (Git), NPM-

● Deep understanding of data structures, data flow, Ajax and CRUD.

● Solid knowledge of mobile app development practices.

● Excellent spoken and written English

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain user-facing features for web applications

Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive and visually appealing interfaces

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and industry best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues

Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic

Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative development environment

Skills:

Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)

Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Knowledge of build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm)

Ability to translate design mockups and wireframes into code

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role

Portfolio showcasing previous frontend projects and development work is a plus

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript / Typescript language and its nuances,
• including ES6+ syntax
• Knowledge of Object oriented programming
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage

• You have 4-8 years of experience  in Frontend for web based applications with strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Frameworks like Angular  or React
• You love building things, and have built complex consumer web applications in the past.
• You have a sound understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• You are an expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• You are an expert in at least one JavaScript framework, such as Angular 7+, React or Vue.
• You understand how website-backend interacts with frontend as well as external APIs.
• You enjoy mentoring others and helping them solve challenging problems.

• Develop Proof-of-Concept and prototype applications using new technologies and frameworks. In addition to collaborating with internal teams and clients to create innovative solutions.
• Help establish GUI best practices and JavaScript frameworks for web development.
• Provide context and guidance for integration and implementation of Front-End Interfaces
• Translate wireframes, comps, and functional requirements into functional HTML/ CSS / Javascript.
• Develop standards-compliant mark-up and code for web sites and applications
• Develop JavaScript using standard Frameworks (jQuery, etc.)
• Develop small to medium size custom JavaScript libraries for reuse across the application
• Provide technology and implementation expertise to the domain, projects, or client
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge in emerging technologies and frameworks
• Participate in knowledge sharing and lessons learned sessions from project experiences

Responsibilities:

• Build the foundation of our supply side (enterprise) product from scratch. Maintain high standards of pixel perfect Ui’s and efficient User Experiences. 
• Our Supply Side ecosystem involves a plethora of products such as Catalog Management, Analytics Dashboard, Orders Processing, Finance Reconciliation, Notification centres etc. Develop a deep understanding of the mentioned use cases and build the systems for scale.
• Coordinate with Product managers, Product Designers & Backend Developers and outline sprints and tasks on a weekly basis.
• Conduct Comprehensive Unit tests before passing features to QAs. This requires a good top level understanding of backend infrastructure.
• Maintain High level of Code Quality and constantly optimize for performance and user experience.
• Be Collaborative. Self reliant and always keep pushing the limits of your knowledge.

• Responsible for development of new highly responsive, web-based user interface
• Construct visualizations that can depict vast amounts of data
• Work and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team
• Work with product team and graphic designers
• Learn and understand user interactions
• Develop a flexible and well-structured front-end architecture, along with the APIs to support it

Requirements and qualifications
