About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive professional to manage IT infrastructure and support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of both technical systems and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Infrastructure:

• Manage and maintain IT systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.
• Configure and set up laptops, software, and other office devices for employees.
• Provide end-user support for technical issues and troubleshoot hardware/software problems.
• Maintain server, basic networking, and cloud/remote access setups (if applicable).

Office Administration:

• Manage office supplies and procurement to ensure availability of necessary resources.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and documentation.
• Coordinate with various departments to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and employee onboarding processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic IT knowledge: Windows OS, MS Office, printer/network troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in IT support or office administration.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Making Call to Customers, Maintaining the Database, Online Sales

Maintain a relations with the existing clients and ask to upgrade their packages or renewals

Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made to clients.

Will be responsible for client retention, per client revenue optimization & renewals.

Handle `client queries/escalations.

Should have effective sales & negotiation ability.

Interacting with vendors for product upload in their respective Domain.

Manage and create product listing and another day to day activities on portal

Improve Customer perception and product-wise market share, a good understanding of technical and market feasibility of the product.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Online and Concept Sales

Skills: Proficient Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English

Mandatory Skills

• Deep understanding of how to build an application with easy integration of RESTful APIs along with good sense of UI designs.

• Knowledge of a how a frontend and backend framework like Angular or Django or similar with ORM or multi-tier, multi-DB-based data-heavy web application development will help your profile stand out.

• Proficiency in (S)CSS, HTML5, Javascript and writing cross-browser compatible code along with CSS framework like Bootstrap.
