React Native Engineer

• Strong hands-on experience with Swift and iOS development.
• Experience building and shipping real iOS applications using Swift.
• Strong understanding of SwiftUI / UIKit, iOS architecture, APIs and mobile development best practices.
• Prior experience building a consumer-facing app is a major plus.
• Someone who can take complete ownership of the iOS application and work independently from 0 → 1.
• Strong product and UX mindset — you care about how the product feels, not just whether the code works.
• Ability to work with APIs, authentication, notifications, analytics, backend integrations and other core mobile infrastructure.
• Comfortable making technical and product decisions in an early-stage environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to figure things out independently.
• Attention to performance, scalability, reliability and overall app quality.

• Own the iOS application end-to-end, from architecture and development to testing and App Store releases.
• Build the new InSeconds product completely from the ground up.
• Work closely with the founder and design team to turn product ideas into polished experiences.
• Build core experiences around content discovery, founder profiles, opportunities, networking and messaging.
• Help shape the technical architecture and engineering practices as the product evolves.
• Continuously improve the app based on user feedback, product insights and performance.

·         Build & Ship: Architect, build, and deploy production-grade iOS and Android features using React Native + TypeScript from scratch to store release.

·         Pipeline Ownership: Own the full release lifecycle using Expo + EAS, managing App Store/Play Store submissions, provisioning, and CI/CD.

·         Craftsmanship: Turn complex Figma designs into ultra-fast, polished components with fluid animations, backed by clean API integrations and rock-solid performance.

·         Systems Thinking: Scale mobile infrastructure to handle heavy data flows, offline sync, and real-time enterprise AI features seamlessly.
