The Role
You are the bridge between raw data and business decisions.You will be responsible for taking processed data and transforming it into high-performance, scalable semantic models. Your goal is to ensure that the data is structured so perfectly that building a report becomes the easiest part of the job.

- Semantic Architecture: Design and build Star Schemas that serve as the single source of truth.
- Gold Layer Ownership: Transform Silver-layer tables into business-ready dimensions and facts.
- Advanced DAX: Write clean, optimized DAX for complex business logic (not just basic sums).
- Visual Storytelling: Build intuitive Power BI reports that focus on clarity and actionable insights.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize models for fast load times, query folding, and efficient refreshes.
- Stakeholder Sync: Work with clients to define KPIs and ensure the model actually answers their questions.
