Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern Lead Generation at First Connect Worldwide LLC located in Noida. The Intern Lead Generation will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting market research, and communicating effectively to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• New Leads and Lead Generation skills
• Market Research and Communication skills
• Fluent English speaking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Prior internship in lead generation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Mandatory Criteria

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required.
• Strong command over Tally or equivalent accounting software.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, cost accounting, and budget management.
• In-depth understanding of direct and indirect tax laws.
• Experience in manufacturing industry accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

OKR

• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheets, and cashflow statements.
• Monitor and review project budgets to ensure adherence and cost control.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and reporting.

What you will be working on: 

• You will be working on the next generation network security products, on various public clouds. 
• In addition to development, you will also get your hands involved in the architectural changes while fixing the legacy issues. 
• Planning, designing, integration for network security platforms.

• Assist in waterproofing applications and works with a range of waterproofing chemicals and coating products.
