JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of solutions in Cybersecurity, specializing in Cloud-Firewalls, SIEM/SOAR, and Network and Security Operations..
• Make architectural and design decisions for the project.
• Guide team members in technical matters and supervise system modifications.
• Establish project specifications and technical direction.
• Delegate tasks, issue feedback, evaluate risks, and resolve conflicts.
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills by researching new technologies and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Mentor junior team members and work with legacy software

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, software development, or a related field. Degree in cybersecurity is an added advantage.
• Extensive industry experience, preferably with a background in networking.
• Prefer candidate swith Start-up background.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.

Key Skills and Technologies:

• Proficiency in PHP, Python, and AWS
• Knowledge of Node.js and Go
• Strong technical design background
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to mentor and guide team members

• You have experience with two or more development languages preferably Java or Python and React, etc 
• You can skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code and you are comfortable with Object-Oriented programming
• Comfortability with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban
• Bonus points if you have working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker

• Working knowledge of XML, JAVA, REST, SOAP etc
• Basic knowledge of SQL, including the ability to author ad-hoc database queries.
• Is comfortable writing code in Ruby, Python, JavaScript, and Java and enjoys learning new languages and technologies.
• Has experience integrating  APIs (major plus)
• Experienced integrating RESTful APIs into web applications (a plus)
• Is experienced with Github or the likes.
• Should have worked on Payment Gateway Applications.

• Has a technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics (MBA is an asset)
• Technical Product/Software certifications an asset
• Has 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar client-facing role
• Has previous experience in a traditional software engineering or Implementation role.
• Has strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Experienced with Salesforce is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Participate in ideation of marketing strategy for various products across different geographies

- Plan, ideate and create content with the help of tools and external agencies/freelancers.

- Manage PR & Events for the entire organization.

- Understand and implement best marketing practices in the B2B SaaS industry

- Implement tools to automate marketing & content creation tasks

- Evaluate and deploy vendors, manage relationships, and own deliverables through constant communication

Mandatory Requirements :

- Excellent written and verbal communication (must)

- Min 7+ years of experience in marketing and/or content management in previous roles

- A strong understanding of the B2B SaaS industry or Retail industry.

- Ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment aligned with the organization's priorities

- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and ability to prioritize

- A strong focus on generating insights and data-backed decisions

- Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools will be a big plus
