We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer with extensive experience in test automation and strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UFT, Java Selenium, and Ready API to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using UFT, Java Selenium, and Ready API.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in automation testing.

Mandatory Skills :

• 8+ Years of hands-on experience in test automation using UFT, Java Selenium, and Ready API.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and practical experience applying it in testing environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate testing progress and issues.

Preferred :

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
• Experience in cross-browser and mobile device testing.

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Design Systems & Hands-On Skills): Must have strong hands-on experience with scalable design systems for web and mobile platforms and be highly proficient in Figma

About the Role

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will become a product expert and ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes quickly and efficiently drive value throughout the onboarding experience. You will set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process, and educate them on the product, help solve their technical concerns and ensure smooth adoption of the product and services. As an onboarding specialist, you act as a customer's trusted advisor and have the potential to influence their future journey with SaaS Labs products.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer needs, including business objectives and challenges.
• Record the use cases, customer requirements and customization requests
• Develop success plans for the customer to quickly achieve their desired outcomes

• Has 2-4 years of experience in a high touch, low touch or tech touch customer onboarding in a B2B SaaS or Tech Product based company

• Has exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
• Showcases exemplary written and verbal communication skills to work along with global customers
