Requirements and skills:

· 3+ Years of software development experience

· Strong in data structures and algorithms

· Solid understanding of Linux development environment and systems

· Expert level knowledge of Python along with frameworks some application framework

· Prior experience with WebRTC and video streaming protocols like RTMP, RTP and payloads

• Experience writing custom scripts to intervene on the OnBase workflows using DotNet

Process Skills:

• Hands-on in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle including writing well designed, testable, efficient code.

Behavioral Skills:

• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty.
• Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively.

• Overall 6+  years of software development experience in building web-based and highly scalable applications 

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure, system design, OOP, etc. 

• Deep knowledge and development expertise in Core Java and SpringBoot 

• Experience in using dockers and Linux.

• Hands-on coding experience in developing web applications with REST APIs

• Good understanding/exposure to Kafka and Elastic.(must have)

• Log stash understanding is add-on

• Worked in a CI/CD environment with Jenkins and handled deployments by yourself

Job Requirements:

• Manage and docket Intellectual Property (IP) filings, deadlines, review attorney invoices, and work closely with the company’s Patent Counsel
• Conduct prior art database searches for patentability and freedom to operate analyses and analyze patents, scientific papers, and documents
• Prepare, draft, and file patent applications and draft responses to office actions
• Administer new/renewal IP filings and prepare/coordinate documentation for internal stakeholder review
• Coordinate invention disclosure documents, internal discussions, and provide guidance on a variety of patent and IP-related issues
• Serve as a liaison between inventors, Emerging Technology, and outside counsel
• Provide ongoing guidance to the business teams regarding invention disclosures, prior art searches, inventorship, and IP guidance
• Develop and maintain excellent partnerships with internal and external parties to build efficiencies, successful project deadlines, and best practices for internal IP
• Identify opportunities for improvement and apply best practice principles and concepts where appropriate
