Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python DBA with strong expertise in Python scripting and SQL/NoSQL databases. The candidate will be responsible for database administration, automation, performance optimization, and ensuring availability and reliability of database systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases
• Develop Python scripts for database automation and monitoring
• Perform database performance tuning and query optimization
• Manage backups, recovery, replication, and high availability
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
• Monitor database health and performance
• Maintain documentation and best practices

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Database Administration
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)
• Strong understanding of indexing, schema design, and performance tuning
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and drive adoption, renewal, and expansion
• Monitor account health and take proactive steps to drive engagement
• Build meaningful relationships across multiple communication channels
• Be the voice of the customers and champion their interests internally.
• Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to build what helps your customers.
• Help customers integrate Optmyzr into their workflow and stay updated with the latest product updates
• Conduct product onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing check-ins

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of SaaS experience in a customer-facing role
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications

As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for synthesizing data to provide actionable insights to the leadership and the product team to influence strategy and growth.

• Providing key data inputs needed for launching the product
• Monitoring the performance of new features and recommending iterations based on your findings
• Defining metrics we need to drive, setting up targets and tracking the progress of our products
• Researching on competition and players across the world to benchmark metrics and set goals
• Conducting customer interviews to understand the customer journey and mapping it to certain patterns we notice in our data
• Analysing root cause and debugging for metric deviations and bugs
• Building dashboards and tools, crafting analyses to make better decisions
• Working with other teams - engineering, data analysts, content closely for setting up, measuring and tracking product metrics
• Evaluating tools to measure product metrics and being a key member in setting up tools working with other teams
• Being the gatekeeper for ensuring data governance around the organization
• Other usual tasks like creating and maintenance of reports and dashboards for ongoing performance tracking

Desired Candidate Profile

• BTech Graduate from good institutes
• Experience in product analytics is a plus (0-3 years)
• Prior experience in a data analysis related profile for an e-commerce/internet company
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to use SQL or reporting tools to derive actionable insights from user behavior
• Strong passion for analytics and problem solving
• A strong bias for action
• Understanding the common metrics used in the internet industry along with business growth metrics such as retention, churn, CAC, CLTV, etc    

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for the growth of Factory Acquisition product, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning,
• positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Identify, Plan and execute side Product Hacks to speedup Factory Acquisitions
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Build product flows for seamless factory onboarding at scale
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Drive the Factory CAC Metric
• Implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans

• Engineering or an MBA graduate from a reputed university
• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer and/or b2b startups that have attained scale
• Experience identifying business opportunities, building a product strategy, and influencing deliver against a multi-year roadmap
• Understands core technologies utilised in their product domain and is fluent in pros and cons of technical alternatives
• Good understanding of acquisition and retention funnels
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a fast paced and an unstructured environment. Thrives in ambiguity and rapidly changing environment
• Hands-on experience of both qualitative and quantitative research methods such as AB testing, data analytics, and user research
• Robust understanding of complex and scalable technical architecture for web and mobile applications
• Problem solver with strong analytical skills and comfort with data
