Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Power Engineering or related

• 4–8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in steam turbines, turbo
machinery, rotating equipment, or industrial energy solutions.
• Proven track record in B2B technical sales, solution selling, and after-sales
negotiations.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Northern India (Punjab, Haryana, UP,
Rajasthan, Delhi NCR, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with steam turbine OEMs or service providers.

JOB TITLE: Quality Engineer – Steel Forging Company
Overview: We are looking for a Quality Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background to oversee product quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role involves frequent travel to suppliers, manufacturing sites, and customer locations to conduct audits and resolve quality issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control & Assurance:
a) Develop and implement quality inspection procedures for raw materials, in-process, and finished forged products.
b) Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for quality issues.
c) Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100, depending on the sector.
d) Monitor heat treatment, machining, and surface finishing processes to maintain product integrity.
2. Inspection & Testing:
a) Perform dimensional, mechanical, and metallurgical testing using CMM, hardness testers, spectrometers, and other quality equipment.
b) Analyze microstructure, grain flow, and mechanical properties of forged parts.
c) Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure incoming material quality.
3. Documentation & Reporting:
a) Generate inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action reports (CARs).
4. Process Improvement:
