• We are looking for a Full stakc Developer - Who can manage teams of Developers. Understand requirements and convert to Tech Products 
• Your Responsiblities would be 
  1. Manage Teams of Developers on Different Projects ( FrontEnd, Backend and App) 
  2. Daily Check-in with proper teams, solving/guiding  their issues and liason with Stakeholders on project status and delivery schdule 
  3. Convert / Capture requirements and Propose Archiecture, Data Flow, Database Design, API Lists involved, Pages to be developed in frontend.  
  4. Manage multiple projects  / teams of Developers

In this position, you will develop key backend and frontend components used by some of the largest companies in the world. You’ll innovate alongside the best minds in the industry, as well as be one of the first engineers launching our Cleveland engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement responsive web interfaces.
• Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using PHP, Python, React.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in front-end development.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.

What It Takes To Be Successful

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer, with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in PHP,React.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

What does the role entail:

● Lead User Stories and guide senior/software engineers in the development process

● Understand architectural principles, and design patterns, and implement them from architectural artifacts.

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans.

● Lead the development of software solutions using Microsoft Technologies, including .NET, C#, SQL Server, Azure, and other related technologies.

● Ensure the use of best practices and processes in software development, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and work with them to resolve technical issues and challenges.

● Work with other Engineering Managers and senior leaders to define and implement engineering best practices and processes across the organization.

● Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's development practices.

Must-Have Skills:

● B.E/B.Tech in computer science

● 12 to 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft Technologies.

● 3+ years of experience in managing teams of software developers and leading software development projects.

● Understanding of Frontend Technologies: Angular 14+

● Strong technical skills in .NET, C#, SQL Server, Azure/AWS, and related technologies.

● Understanding of Design patterns and various Architecture patterns like Domain Driven Design/Microservices.

● Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven record of accomplishment in delivering high-quality software solutions on time, with high quality and within defined KPIs.

● Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies

• Knowledge in .NET language C# ,VB .NET & HTML5/CSS3
• Knowledge on MVC architecture
• Exp. in developing desktop application
• Hands on experience in REST API/SAP OData integration
• Exp. in end to end implementation

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years experience and be responsible for developing high-quality WPF XAML applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable XAML code.

Responsibilities

· Design highly scalable, testable code with via MVVM pattern

· Support Cloud and DevOps services

Qualifications
