Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Webflow Designer/Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing web pages using Webflow. The role is important in shaping the user experience and visual appeal of our company's web presence.  The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and delightful web experiences, pushing the boundaries of web interactivity, and translating designs into functional web pages. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Webflow & CMS and be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. They will have a strong aesthetic sense, a solid grasp of UI & interaction design principles, and experience working with design systems.. The candidate will be also collaborating with other team members UI/UX Designer, Engineers, to ensure that our websites are functional, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development(Webflow):
• Translate designs for web pages, landing pages, and other web content into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Utilize tools like Webflow to accelerate development and iterate on designs.
• Optimize web pages for performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure webflow website is seamlessly integrated with backend and other systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and other developers to launch web pages
• Participate in cross-functional teamwork
• Review existing websites and provide recommendations for improvement
• Create user-friendly and conversion-optimized landing pages
• Integrate a CMS programs and data feeds into our website
• Ensure that websites are functional and stable across all devices (desktop, mobile, and tablet)
• Be up to date with the latest features of webflow and web development tech.

Qualifications:

Skills:

• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience using tools like Webflow.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with UI, interaction, animation design principles. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma. 
• Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Technical Project/Product Lead

We are seeking a Technical Project/Product Lead with 8-10 years of experience in Microservice.Net Technologies with at least 2-4 years of experience in technical project lead. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs or projects.

Educational Qualification:

The ideal candidate should possess educational background in Engineering along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Technology/Skills:

• Expertise in Microsoft.NET Technologies and MVC Architecture.

• Strong design experience including experience in architecture and design patterns.

• DevOps/ Cloud experience is an added advantage.

• Strong experience in integration architecture including API Gateway, Service Catalogs etc.

• Strong experience in integration design for secured and scalable API’s and Webservices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

What you will be doing?

Glance is looking for a Data Scientist who will design and develop processes and systems to analyze high volume, diverse "big data" sources using advanced mathematical, statistical, querying, and reporting methods. Will use machine learning techniques and statistical analysis to predict outcomes and behaviors. Interacts with business partners to identify questions for data analysis and experiments. Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicates insights and or prepares output from analysis and experiments to business partners. 

You will be working with Product leadership, taking high-level objectives and developing solutions that fulfil these requirements. Stakeholder management across Eng, Product and Business teams will be required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Five+ years experience working in a Data Science role
• Extensive experience developing and deploying ML models in real world environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other analytical fields
• Exceptional familiarity with Python, Java, Spark or other open-source software with data science libraries
• Experience in advanced math and statistics
• Excellent familiarity with command line linux environment
• Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
• Experience deploying machine learning models and measuring their impact
• Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing recommendation systems
• Experience developing and deploying deep learning models
• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree or PhD that included coursework in statistics, machine learning or data analysis
• Five+ years experience working with Hadoop, a NoSQL Database or other big data infrastructure
• Experience with being actively engaged in data science or other research-oriented position

Desired skills

• Knowledge of UI development (UI Kit, App Life Cycle, View Controller life cycle, Storyboards, Auto layout)
• Basic and Advanced concepts of Swift (for e.g., generics, KVO, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Swift.
• Implementation details of complex features (e.g., push notifications, Analytics integration, accessibility, features of health kit, deep-linking, etc.)
• MVC, MVVM, VIPER design patterns and other patterns used in iOS
• Apple UI guidelines, Guidelines/process to submit app to the App Store
