
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, responsible for deepening those relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring our QA outsourcing solutions continue to deliver measurable value. Alongside your existing-client responsibilities, you will actively pursue and close new business to expand our customer base.
Client Development & Retention
- Serve as the dedicated relationship owner for a portfolio of existing accounts, building trust at multiple stakeholder levels including C-suite, engineering, and procurement.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to assess client satisfaction, present performance metrics, and align on strategic goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities — expanding scope, headcount, or service lines within existing accounts.
- Proactively address client concerns, coordinate with delivery and technical teams to resolve issues, and ensure a consistently high standard of service.
- Track contract renewals and lead renegotiation discussions well in advance of expiration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, account health indicators, and revenue forecasts.
New Business Development
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solution scoping, proposal development, negotiation, and contract close.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft compelling, customised proposals and presentations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and QA/tech forums to generate leads and raise brand visibility.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue targets.
