We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Outreach Specialist with experience in B2B SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily outbound cadence: 30 LinkedIn connections, 40 cold emails, 20 follow-up calls
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with ICP decision-makers (HR Heads, CHROs, MDs)
• Run personalized 5-touch email sequences using sales engagement tools
• Qualify leads using BANT framework and book demos for the presales team
• Maintain accurate CRM records: all activities, notes, pipeline stages logged daily
• Collaborate with marketing on campaign messaging, lead magnet distribution, and ABM campaigns
• Hit weekly targets: 6-8 demos booked, 20-25 SQLs generated per month
• Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and share prospect intelligence

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or BDR/SDR role.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
• Good understanding and working experience with CRM tools.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to meet daily outreach targets and sales activity metrics.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The role requires managing high-level administrative tasks, coordinating business travel and meetings, and acting as a reliable point of contact. The candidate should be open to frequent travel and capable of handling a fast-paced work environment with complete confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s schedule, travel plans, appointments, and calendar
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and follow-ups
• Domestic Travel when required.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence on behalf of the MD
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of tasks
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Liaise with key departments and stakeholders for project coordination
• Conduct basic research and provide data-driven inputs for decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role

The Quantitative Research team at Dolat Capital focuses on quantitative trading, specifically fully automated trading systems. We develop proprietary algorithms by using mathematical techniques and statistical analysis to identify patterns and behavior of markets.

The incumbent will be responsible to design, develop and implement computational algorithms/strategies that succeed in generating sizable profits consistently, in real life market for a high-frequency trading environment

• To understand Business trends and anticipates client’s growing needs and requirements to deploy new and innovative technologies / systems / software / hardware.
• Assess pain-areas in which new technology, solutions and workflows can be implemented to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Policy Development - Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
• Plan & manage financial aspects of the IT Department , including purchasing & budgeting.

• Develop security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms.
• Design, implement and upgrade secure solutions to meet employee needs while protecting the company's assets.

• Analysing a company's IT system and infrastructure.
• Will evaluate and foster innovation, to deliver high impact IT solutions. By coordinating the, business process-integration, automation and operation of all IT systems across the company / clients.

• It’s a startup. So, you’ll be expected to set up all initial IT Systems and Platforms from scratch.
• Research, test and deploy new solutions based on the requirements of different department across the company - Admin, HR, IT, Accounts, Sales, Client Relations, Marketing & Design.

• Take download request from employees then, find and download all the resources requested. (Software, Tutorials, Videos etc).
• Installing computer equipment and software, working with users to recommend appropriate hardware and software upgrades.
• Handle all employee joining and exiting formalities, for a smooth experience.
• Training & Orientation of all employees - on all software platforms, feature updates, workflows and best practices.

• Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, company wiki, license agreements, warranties, and modifications & upgrades.
• Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users.

• We prioritise skills over degrees but B.E (Computer Science/ Computer Engg/ IT Engg.), MCA or equivalent education and experience is a bonus.
• Progressive IT experience, including experience in a multi-office environment.
• Previous experience building and supporting Operational and Business Support Systems is desired. From Ordering and Quoting tools, to Billing systems and invoicing.
• Some sort of certification and/or training on Mac based IT systems is, highly desired.
