Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead Engineer (Full Stack) to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of our scalable web platforms and core application ecosystems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between front-end experiences and robust back-end systems. You will lead an agile development team through technical architecture, feature implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.

The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in both frontend and backend modern frameworks, a passion for system design, and practical experience building secure, scalable, and high-performance distributed web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead end-to-end full-stack software development, architectural design, and system evolution.
• Backend Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant backend architectures, optimizing high-volume data ingestion pipelines and processing engines.
• Frontend Excellence: Direct the development of highly responsive, intuitive, and modular user interfaces that ensure a seamless user experience.
• API & Integrations: Architect secure RESTful APIs and integrate external enterprise platforms, third-party microservices, and identity providers.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor developers, run strict code reviews, define engineering best practices, and guide sprint-level execution.
• Data & Messaging: Maintain and optimize relational, NoSQL, and time-series databases alongside message queues for real-time application events.
• Production Ownership: Own technical troubleshooting for live production bottlenecks, system latency issues, and deployment bugs.
• Documentation: Create clean technical documentation, structural architecture diagrams, and system deployment guidelines.

Required Skills

• Experience: 6+ years of software development experience with at least 2+ years leading engineering teams or owning technical delivery.
• Backend Core: Advanced hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, multithreading, and REST API development.
• Frontend Core: Mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js), HTML5, and responsive CSS architectures.
• Data Platforms: Proficient with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL/Caching systems (Redis, MongoDB).
• Messaging Systems: Experience implementing asynchronous workflows using message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Design Patterns: Strong grasp of microservices patterns, distributed system caching, load balancing, and failover mechanisms.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience deploying workloads to Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience setting up continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
• Exposure to system observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

Education Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent exceptional hands-on full-stack engineering experience will be highly considered regardless of formal degree background.

Job Responsibilities:

1. WordPress Theme and Plugin Development:

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
• Ensure the compatibility and responsiveness of websites across various devices.

1. Website Design and Layout:

• Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly website designs.
• Optimize website layout for maximum usability and user experience.

1. Content Management:

• Set up and manage content within WordPress, ensuring it is well-structured and easily maintainable.
• Provide training and support to clients on content management best practices.

1. Website Maintenance and Updates:

• Perform regular updates and maintenance tasks on existing WordPress websites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance.

1. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with designers, UI/UX specialists, and other developers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of web development projects.

1. Customization and Integration:

• Implement custom functionalities and integrations based on client requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration with third-party APIs and services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, best practices, and coding standards.
• Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially WooCommerce.
• Knowledge of web security best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques.

At least 7 years programming experience, some of them in JS/TypeScript.

 Proven expert level knowledge in BE & FE development (NodeJS, React,

electron, npm/yarn, WebPack).

 Experience with cloud (preferably AWS) and/or micro-services.

 Proven experience mentoring junior developers, defining work procedures and coding conventions.

 Experience working with various databases (preferably more than two).

• Ability to code and implement front-end web applications and backend processing systems.
• Research, evaluate, and prototype new methodologies, technologies, Prepare proofs-of-concept.
• Convert business requirements into technical documentation using UML diagrams.
• Accountable for peer review, and quality using various design principles and patterns.
• Responsible for team members learning.
• Enforce to follow Secure Coding guidelines.
• Provide clear communication and set expectations to team members.
• Assist Project Manager in defining and refining project scope and work.
• Foreseeing the project risk and define mitigation plan and keep the manager updated.

Skills Required:

• Multi-tier Web Services / RESTful APIs
• C++, Java, C#, .Net
• Web API Frameworks (spring, ASP .NET Core, ExpressJS, etc.)
• Frontend Javascript Frameworks (Angular, React, etc.)
• Understanding and usage of the unit testing framework. Like NUnit, x unit, and JUnit
• Knowledge of SQL and writing queries
• Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Effective communication, Teamwork, Team Handling, Adaptability, Flexibility, Leadership, Problem-solving, Work Ethics, and Creativity.
• Well-versed with the version control systems. Like git, gitlab, bitbucket etc. 
• Good to have knowledge of Microservices architecture.

Education Required:

• Candidates with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) are preferred.

Full Stack Developer with excellent and strong experience in the design and development of secure and high performing applications/products using MEAN Stack on Cloud-based architecture using DevOps processes.

Technical Experience/skills & Qualifications required:

• Degree in Computer Science
• 6 to 8 years of experience in Information Technology with at least 4+ years in MEAN stack development
• Highly experienced with back-end programming languages Ex: Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript etc
• Proficient experience using advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, Node JS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, etc.
• Development experience for both mobile and desktop.
• Understanding of server-side languages including such-as Jade, EJS, Jinja, etc.
• Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications
• Experience in development using the DevOps tools like Kubernetes, GitHub, Jenkins
• Experience in developing applications on the cloud platform especially AWS
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
• Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
• Experience working with JIRA and Gitlab
• Maintain code integrity and organization
• Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.

• Familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from analysis to deployment.

• Understanding of OOPS concepts, Persistence, Threading.
• Should have worked with HTML/ CSS/ Jquery/ Js / API.
• Knowledgeable in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with open-source projects.
• Experience in designing interactive applications.
• A background in Engineering with sound oral and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with AWS, Azure, Google or OpenStack will be a plus.
