Python Developer

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management Specialist to support an enterprise Oracle Fusion Transformation. This role will focus on master data readiness, data quality, governance, migration support, and boundary-system alignment across key business domains.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ERP transformation programs, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud, and understands master data in a food manufacturing, process manufacturing, CPG, or regulated supply chain environment.

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Gurgaon and Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Support master data readiness for Oracle Fusion design, build, mock loads, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, validation, and remediation tracking.
• Create and maintain source-to-target mappings from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
• Support data migration cycles, mock load validation, reconciliation, and data defect resolution.
• Partner with IT, business data owners, system integrators, and data stewards to define ownership, rules, and approval workflows.
• Support boundary-system data contracts, including field-level rules, ID crosswalks, downstream integration impacts, and reconciliation controls.
• Help establish sustainable data quality metrics, monitoring, lineage, and stewardship processes.
• Support reporting and analytics readiness by ensuring trusted master data dimensions and consistent reference data.
• Data domains scope:

o   Customer, supplier, contact, and trading partner master data.

o   Product, item, SKU, BOM, specification, category, and UOM data.

o   Location, site, plant, warehouse, address, and inventory location data.

o   Finance master data, including chart of accounts, legal entities, ledgers, cost centers, and hierarchies.

o   Workforce / HCM reference data, including workers, jobs, positions, departments, and organization structures.

o   Reference data such as tax codes, payment terms, value sets, shipping methods, and lookup values.

o   Quality, specification, traceability, asset, equipment, recipe, formula, routing data.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in MDM, data governance, data quality, ERP data migration, or enterprise data management.
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP implementation or transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of master data lifecycle management, data stewardship, and data quality controls.
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, validation, reconciliation, and defect management.
• Experience developing source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and data load validation support.
• Ability to work across IT, business teams, system integrators, and data owners.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and issue-resolution skills.

Preferred Experience

• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience.
• Oracle Product Hub, Oracle SCM, Oracle Procurement, Oracle Financials, or Oracle MDM experience.
• Food manufacturing, CPG, process manufacturing, or regulated supply chain experience.
• Experience with product/item, supplier, customer, plant/location, quality, recipe/formula, BOM, routing, or traceability data.
• Experience with boundary systems such as PLM, QMS, EAM, CRM, procurement platforms, legacy ERP, data warehouse, or reporting tools.
• Experience supporting mock loads, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live data operations.

Experience Required :

- Must have hands on development experience of 4 to 8 years.

Skills Required :

Candidate must have good experience in the following :

- Angular JS/Vue JS

- Java script/Jquery

- ASP.Net,

- SQL Server

- C#/LINQ

- WEB API Good To Have :

1. DevExpress / DevExtreme Third Party Control

2. HTML, CSS.

At least 7 years programming experience, some of them in JS/TypeScript.

 Proven expert level knowledge in BE & FE development (NodeJS, React,

electron, npm/yarn, WebPack).

 Experience with cloud (preferably AWS) and/or micro-services.

 Proven experience mentoring junior developers, defining work procedures and coding conventions.

 Experience working with various databases (preferably more than two).

• Be a hands-on user interface and visual designer for our toughest design challenges.
• Develop and detail visual designs and design specifications; drawing on existing high level designs and digital brand guidelines.
• Work alongside product, marketing, UX designers, copywriters, and developers to come up with complete design solutions.
• Review UX design documentation such as wireframes to identify gaps and issues and raise these within the team.
• Own the quality of visual design execution for your design directions as well as extend the existing design styles.
• Present and defend your work to colleagues, other teams, and management.
• Contribute to the development of our Design Club to promote learning, growth, comradeship and innovative thinking across the organisation.

• 2 or more years of experience and proven track record.
• An impressive portfolio of work that showcases excellent practical design skills including layout, colour, typography, and multi channel design.
• Full project lifecycle experience from concept through to completion.
• Experience designing for complex systems across Desktop and Mobile applications.
• Expert user of Sketch, Zeplin, Creative Suite, other tools of the trade.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise projects and communicate across teams, and take feedback positively to turn it into intuitive design solutions.
• Strong understanding of Design Systems.
• Creative ideas with a problem solving mindset.

• Degree in a design-related field.
• Recognised UX / UI certifications.
• Experience working in an agile development process.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of analytics, including Google Analytics.
• Passion for sports.

• Preparing data for analysis including building repeatable and well-documented processes to create new analyses of data; conducting data analysis for our projects and development impact tracking and identifying patterns, questions, and areas for further analysis
• Setting up reporting systems for all products to ensure best of transparency, focus on performance and value creation
• Managing impact management processes across the organization with a clear timelines and schedule as well as active communication to internal and external stakeholders in an organized and dependable manner
• Ensuring coordination between staff and stakeholders including dialogues, meetings, presentations as may be required to ensure successful, meaningful and impactful project delivery
• Ensuring the Project operations team has an effective Impact management framework for creating and maintaining relationships with the community
• Jointly focussing on growing the outreach and impact of our work in social edtech
• Creating deep impact reports for every project using Excel, Word and PPT based on specific project deliverables, direct and indirect impact as required for each of the projects and creating collaterals, creatives, mailers and videos of progress, updates, storytelling on Impact to engage our stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

• Working knowledge of different approaches to program evaluation and assessment
• Excellent writing skills and command over the English language
• Strong analytical skills, ability to think laterally and detail oriented and with a high level of curiosity and interesting researching projects
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities to create informative and good reports and data sheets using Word, PPTs etc. along with Advanced Excel and data management skills
• Proven track record of displaying a high degree of self-initiative
