SALES ENGINEER

Job Summary:

We are looking for someone who is Proactive with strong decision making, persuasion, leadership and

communication skill. He/She should be able to use technical skills to explain the benefits of products to

potential customers and demonstrate how our products are better than the competitor’s product,

interest the client in in purchasing products, negotiate a price and complete the sale.

In addition to retaining the current clients, attracting and securing new ones, help clients to solve any

issues that arises when the product is installed. Responsible to achieve the sales target assigned.

Responsibilities and duties:

 Business development of Packaging equipment (International Range) in Food and Beverage

industry.

 Responsible for achieving the sales targets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis through

effective planning.

 Sales B2B, Lead Generation and converting customers into key accounts.

 Meeting clients and consultants for product presentation, understanding customer needs,

submission and discussion of technical and commercial offer.

 Responsible for end to end sales process with clients, throughout the project development

stage, proposal stage, the final selection process, the closing, and delivery of the project.

 Follow up to get the payment in time from the customers.

 Real time analysis of the market to have an advantage over the competition.

 Interaction with service team to ensure that customer experiences high level of service.

Required qualifications and skills:

 A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

 3+ Years in business development of packaging equipment (International Range) in food and

beverage industry.

 Preference: Liquid filling Line, Powder Filling Lines, Blister and Cartoning Machines.

 Able to complete projects in a timely manner

 Excellent computer literacy is must and knowledge of visualization would be preferred.

 The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

 Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in SAP SAC

Experience in end to end implementations

Experience in Configuring SAC to connect and integrate with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and other data sources

Experience in Design and optimize data models in SAP BW, ensuring data is structured efficiently for reporting and analytics

Experience in Implementing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various sources into SAP BW.

Experience in data modeling, data integration, and reporting using SAP BW and SAP HANA

Experience in Financial Consolidation and Group Reporting.

Experience in Documentation

Experience in Understanding of report building, setting up dimensions and hierarchy, ETL and UAT

Roles & Responsibilities

• The role will entail enabling new products & propositions liaising with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders to solve business problem(s) and ensure mutual growth.
• The role will entail building and manage relationships with the Insurance Companies.
• Establish relationships with business leaders and underwriters of all insurance companies.
• Be primarily responsible for getting the best quotations across insurers, handle negotiations around policy terms and price.
• Be accountable for end-to-end group insurance product delivery for our partners.
• Maintain and improve the UAT sign off TATs as aligned by the organization.
• Develop and deepen both existing and new insurer relationships to support the strategic vision of the organization.
• Own overall delivery of the product from functions across product, compliance, legal, tech, and other functions.
• Be accountable for the delivery of API integration of new products with partners ecosystem (Web service and API integration).

Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience

• 4 years of relevant experience with any Insurance Company
• 4 years of relevant experience in the Insurer Relations Team, Central Product Team,
• Placements Team, Distribution Planning, Partner Onboarding, Process Excellence vertical/teams
• Masters degree is a must
• Entrepreneurial mindset, networking, and relationship building are must-have competencies
• Ability to take initiative, be proactive and work independently as well as with team to drive results

• 3+ years’ experience in manual and automated QA for Web, iOS, and Android
• Analyzing user’s stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Can be able to write all test cases independently
• execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, Regression, and Security)
• Be proactive in identifying issues, deep dive, troubleshoot, communicate to stakeholders and escalation of issues and providing status reports
• Sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential
• Design and develop automation scripts when needed
