The Role: IT Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator / IT Coordinator to support and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure and user systems. The ideal candidate will have experience handling day-to-day IT operations, hardware/software support, and coordination with vendors, ensuring smooth and secure IT functioning across multiple locations.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and monitor company IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, printers, and communication tools.
  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues (onsite and remote).
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for maintenance, troubleshooting, and AMC renewals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, routers, and other peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and data backup processes.
  • Ensure antivirus, firewalls, and data protection measures are up to date and effective.
  • Assist in IT asset management – inventory tracking, procurement, and disposal.

Role Overview:
