Job Summary:

EaseMyTrip is hiring a Hotel Operations Executive to manage post-booking activities like modifications, cancellations, and customer support. The role involves coordinating with hotels, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle post-booking queries, changes, and cancellations.

Coordinate with hotels for confirmations and issue resolution.

Support customers via calls, emails, and chats.

Manage escalations, refunds, and payment discrepancies.

Maintain accurate booking records and streamline processes.

Job description:

Must have basic knowledge of Software Technologies like PHP, JavaScript, etc.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities:

1. Set project timeline

3. Monitor project baseline to ensure activities progressing as planned

Role and Responsibility – Sales Executive

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.

• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending

solutions.

• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data

sources. • Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. • Must be

Requirements

8.Responsible for preparation of Use Case Document in collaboration with Testing team

9.Follow-up with client on further clarifications on requirements along with any additional information.

10.Scheduling the meetings with Client & Dev team for any technical clarifications

11.Responsible to maintain Requirements Tracker & ensure updating the same on daily basis or Weekly basis for project status reporting to Management

12.Responsible to maintain Work Tracker on BRD, FSD, Prototype or any other document & ensure updating the same on daily basis or Weekly basis for status reporting to Management

13.Validating the requirements as per BRD, SRS, FSD or Prototype or any other business document & ensure the readiness of the system.

14.Responsible for requirements verification – Functional or Regression Testing (if necessary)
