Our firm is looking for a driven and dynamic individual to join our marketing team.

If that's you and you succeed in our interview, you will manage our team's presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Additionally, you will be involved in content marketing activities such as blog writing, e-book creation, and contributing to product marketing content development.

Your work will play a critical role in enhancing content distribution, lead generation, pipeline building, and brand awareness, as well as driving employer branding initiatives through social media and content marketing.

What will I be doing?Social Media Management

Content Creation

Generate high-quality written content, including blogs, emails, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and create compelling, customer-centric content.

Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content across channels.

Brand Advocacy

Foster community engagement and build brand advocacy through social media interactions.

Work closely with influencers and partners to amplify our firms presence and reach.

Analytics and Reporting

Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of social media campaigns and content initiatives.

Provide regular reports and insights to track key metrics and inform future strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to align content strategies with broader marketing objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in content creation for B2B SaaS companies.

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and resourceful Personal Secretary to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be a master of multitasking, discretion, and time management, ensuring the MD’s professional life runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Calendar & Schedule Management:
• Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring time optimization.
• Set timely reminders for meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Administrative & Secretarial Support:
• Maintain to-do lists and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Handle email correspondence and phone calls as required.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itinerary planning.
• Meeting Coordination:
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action plans.
• Ensure the MD is briefed and ready for all engagements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Overall experience 6+ years and relevant at least 2+ years in Golang with Java

● Strong design and architectural experience in building various highly-scalable and

highly-available products

● Strong understanding of the SDLC Activities which include Analysis, Design, Development,

Testing, Deployment and Post-Production Support etc.

● Proficiency in at least one server side framework for languages preferably Go Lang

● Experience working on NoSQL & SQL Databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB,

Redis etc

● Deep Dive, problem-solving, RCA and systematic thinking to reach the cause of issues

● Able to work independently and multi-task effectively

● Program at a system level and able to manage service stability

• Design, write and deliver highly scalable, reliable and fault tolerant systems with minimal guidance

The Ideal Candidate Education

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in commercial software development in large distributed systems Experience

• Deep knowledge of Linux as a production environment

• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and asynchronous architectures
