Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Help prepare budgets
• Analyse risks and opportunities
• Oversee project procurement management
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Desired Candidate Profile :-

2-4 years of Relevant Experience in Project Management
B.Tech or M.Tech in IT/CSE, BCA, MCA or MBA

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Handled Agile & Scrum Planning Activities fairly
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Hands-on experience with project management tools
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
• Creating database schemas that represent and support changing business processes thereby
ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
Integrating multiple data sources & databases in one system
• Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
• Developing & implementing low-latency & high-performance applications by writing testable,
reusable, and efficient code.
• Implementing User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and
environments
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests. Running diagnostic tests, repairing
defects, and providing technical support.
• Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
• Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development

Desired Candidate Profile :-

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript & ES6
• Good Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as           Express, HapiJS, Mongoose,
   Sequelize, etc.
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as           Handlebars, EJS, etc
• Good knowledge of MongoDB, its limitation and workarounds, replica     sets, sharding, clustering
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks     and workarounds
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as    mobile vs. desktop, and
optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Proficient understanding of API testing tools, such as Postman
• Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude

Developed Five or more Android apps with Kotlin or Java; either deployed on Google
Play or available on Github
3+ years in mobile software development
Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or C++.
Ability to use the Android Studio, including the Android SDK, with ease.●
Collaborating with UI and UX Designers, as well as Software Testers, to ensure that
each app is presentable and in perfect working order.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Experience with automated testing and building
Experience with Git, Jenkins, or other version control tools
Ability to write readable code, create extensive documentation for existing code,
and refactor the previously written code into a readable state
Intermediate English skills
BONUS, IF YOU ALREADY KNOW: Flutter or React Native

Developed Five or more Android apps with Kotlin or Java; either deployed on Google
Play or available on Github
