About the Role
As a Senior Analyst at JustAnswer, you will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Chatbot Strategy, driving long-term growth and incorporating the newest technologies like LLM.
In this role, you will deliver tangible business impact by providing high-quality insights and recommendations, combining strategic thinking and problem-solving with detailed analysis.
This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, uncover valuable business insights, devise optimization strategies, and validate them through experiments.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Product and Analytics leadership to conceive and structure analysis, delivering highly actionable insights from “deep dives” into specific business areas.
- Analyze large volumes of internal & external data to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
- Package and communicate findings and recommendations to a broad audience, including senior leadership.
- Perform both Descriptive & Prescriptive Analytics, including experimentations (A/B, MAB), and build reporting to track trends.
- Perform advanced modeling (NLP, Text Mining) – preferable.
- Implement and track business metrics to help drive the business.
- Contribute to growth strategy from a marketing and operations perspective.
- Operate independently as a lead analyst to understand the JA audience and guide strategic decisions & executions.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce/customer experience products.
- Proficiency in analysis and business modeling using Excel.
- Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, Google Ads, PowerBI, and Python / R is a plus.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries.
- Expertise in Descriptive and Inferential Statistical Analysis.
- Strong experience in setting up and analyzing A/B Testing or Hypothesis Testing.
- Ability to translate analytical results into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- App-related experience – preferable.
