Regional Manager - US Region

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Katalon Studio for web, API, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing across multiple environments.
• Build and manage reusable test frameworks and keyword-driven test libraries within Katalon.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Conduct API testing using Katalon's built-in API testing capabilities and tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Log, track, and verify defects using bug tracking tools such as Jira; ensure timely closure of issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team.
• Analyse test results, generate reports, and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Good to have

• Katalon certification or any ISTQB / CSTE quality assurance certification.
• Experience with Appium or mobile testing frameworks for Android and iOS.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber and Gherkin syntax.
• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
• Understanding of SQL for database validation and backend testing.

Key Skills required (Items in Bold are mandatory keywords) :

1. Proficiency in Python  & Django

2. Solid understanding of Python concepts

3. Experience with some form of Machine Learning (ML)

4. Experience in using libraries such as Numpy and Pandas

5. Some form of experience with NLP and Deep Learning using any of Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras, Scikit-learn or similar

6. Hands on experience with RDBMS such as Postgres or MySQL

7. Experience building REST APIs using DRF or Flask

8. Comfort with Git repositories, branching and deployment using Git

9. Working experience with Docker

10. Experience in deploying Django applications to AWS,Digital Ocean or Heroku

Position: Android Developer

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1-4 years

Minimum 1.5 Years of experience.
At least 3 apps are fully developed and live on the store
Latest kotlin and java language knowledge required
SQLite local database knowledge must
API integration knowledge must be required not just copying past code but must understanding how that works
Social Media login and firebase knowledge required
Git command and repository knowledge must be required

 Should have good knowledge of OOPS Concept, Web application concepts, Architecture and Cloud/Infra.

 Must have hands-on experience on Asp.net Core MVC.

 SQL Server with Entity Framework

 Web API

 Should be ready to learn new Technical languages and explore.

 Good communication skills will be an added advantage.

 Must be logically sound.

 Should be an active team player.

 Good verbal and written communication will be an added advantage.  Must have worked in a team.

• Leveraging customer insights to anticipate needs and obstacles within the path to purchase and designing strategies to target the obstacles and share knowledge with key stakeholders
• Interpreting the user journey to better understand and improve the customer experience (through digital engagements) and touch points that move consumers down the funnel to increase conversions
• Resolving gaps in the total customer experience to optimize the experience
• Facilitating the buying journey for products and/or services by understanding the key benefits of the offers
• Developing illustrations, logos and other designs
• Using the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
• Working closely with the marketing and production team to produce final design
• Amending designs after feedback
• Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven graphic designing experience of 3-7 years
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premier Photoshop)
• Good at developing illustrations, logos, and other designs
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Your responsibilities will include understanding the needs, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working with our software development teams to design, develop and deliver new features.

• 3-5 years of experience in building web applications and product development using Python
  ● Experience in Python Backend development, microservice API development using Flask and/or Django
  ● Experience in SQL and No SQL databases
  ● Experience in AWS cloud services
  ● Working knowledge in Unit testing with pytest, Git (versioning, branching, etc..), CI-CD
