At SNEED, we are challenging the normal and offering options to our customers to explore the world of temporary workspaces. Our platform is aggregating spaces available at business centres, co-working spaces, shared offices, hotels, lounges, cafes, and training facilities etc., and presenting these alternatives to our customer.
We are looking for passionate professionals who are crazy about breaking the norms. You should be obsessively result oriented, willing to take informed risks and learn fast from your mistakes. You’ll be working directly with the founders. Being part of the core team, will be working on challenging problems and will have complete ownership of various features of the products. Your opinion will count and your ideas will translate into reality. The position will be based out of Bangalore.

Job Description and skill requirements
Digital Marketing Manager
(This role will come with Sales Targets and commensurate rewards)
Role
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across different digital marketing platforms
- Understanding of SEO/SEM, Marketing database, email and display campaigns
- Design, build and maintain Social Media presence
- Thorough monitoring of all social media ,digital spends and optimizing the budgets
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
Skill Requirements:
- Self-Starter and a go getter!
- Proven experience in the Ecommerce space – Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of digital marketing landscape, concepts and best practices.
- Knowledge of one of the web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Net Insight or Web Trends etc.)

Basic Qualifications
- We are looking for Engineers with 2 - 6 years of experience preferably working on ReactJS, Node JS and MERN architecture.
- 2+ years of experience with Java Script, as well as experience on Mongo DB or any other RDS is a must
- AWS experience will a big plus (EC2, RDS, SQS, s3, Route 53)
- Have designed and implemented RESTful APIs.
- Should be able to work with UI/UX developer to transform wireframes into HTML, css, and javascript screens. Should be able to integrate screens to business logic and architect database schema to ensure complete design.
- Exposure to web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager would be perfect.

- Interacting with customers and requirement gathering
