The Role:
As a Senior Frontend Developer at Stuvio, you will play a leading role in shaping the future of our web presence by driving innovation, mentoring junior developers, and delivering exceptional user experiences. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership skills to guide the development process, ensuring the creation of high-quality, performant, and scalable web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of complex web applications, ensuring technical feasibility, code quality, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Oversee and drive projects forward, setting clear goals, managing timelines, and resolving technical challenges.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and coding standards within the team.
Qualifications required for the Role:
- 3+ years of experience as a frontend developer with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
- Solid understanding of web development principles, architecture, and best practices.
- Experience with testing, debugging, and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for mentoring and coaching others, fostering a positive and growth-oriented team environment.
