- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Paavan is looking for an experienced social media & copywriting manager to lead our communication & social media marketing initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Social Media
1. Write, edit and publish engaging posts for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & short video apps
2. Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors
3. Identify ways to increase engagement & followers on each platform
4. Create targeted campaigns & giveaways on social media to start discussions around the brand along with user participation
Copywriting
1. Create short but powerful copies for app, notifications, website, paid ads, videos & other offline/online collaterals
Skills Required
1. Education (Bachelors/Masters) from Tier-1 colleges
2. Atleast 2-3 years of social media & copywriting experience in a B2C startup or established brand
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Strong understanding of consumer psychology and how the digital marketing at large works
5. A keen interest in concepts of spirituality, dharma & Bharat is preferred
6. Ability to cope with multiple projects & deadlines while delivering results
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8. Enthusiastic, high work ethics and an entrepreneurial mindset
9. Have an eye for detail

About the Team:
- Our Engineering team works closely with the Product, Business and Data Science teams to build experiments & features that enable delightful experiences for our Users. Hence we fight a lot and party even more.
- We are a lean team that learns from each other and iterates rapidly to make a larger impact. Any point in time, we are seen making (and breaking) high user impact features in production.
- Our Micro-services architecture allows us to be Polyglot in the technology stack. We are completely hosted on AWS Platform. We are available to users via Web, Android and iOS.
- Our tech team consists of 25+ engineers who work in a high ownership driven environment, from fixing bugs to developing features to organizing stand up comedy shows in the office.
- With the organisation strength of 95+, we are looking for accountable engineers who fit into our culture and bring something new to the table, including party tricks.
