About the Role

We are looking for an experienced driven Outreach Specialist with a strong background in outbound appointment setting for digital marketing agencies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience setting appointments for digital agencies providing services like Meta (Facebook) Ads and Google Ads, and has worked with international clients across various time zones.

You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and booking high-quality appointments with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, SMS, and other creative outbound channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, Instagram, SMS, and other platforms to generate qualified appointments.
  • Build and maintain outbound prospecting funnels, systems and sequences.
  • Craft and personalize outreach messages that resonate with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Follow up with prospects using a multi-channel approach to increase show-up rates.
  • Manage and update CRM tools (e.g. GoHighLevel, or similar).
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and target market.


✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a digital marketing agency (MUST HAVE).
  • Proven track record of booking appointments for digital marketing services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and how to position them.
  • Experience handling outreach in international markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Proficient in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Instantly, Hunter.io, Apollo, GoHighLevel, etc.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.

  • 2+ years experience in a digital marketing agency


Preferred Qualifications
