Job Description : We are looking for dynamic, open-minded self-starters who enjoy Business Leadership roles and would like to build a Category in an extremely fast-growing e-commerce company impacting millions of Indians.

Job Requirements :

- At least 2 years of experience working with iOS and has published at least one app to the App Store.

- Excellent proficiency in Swift and has experience working with Objective-C.

- Should have good knowledge of object-oriented software engineering.

- Should be able to deal with Objective-C in legacy code.

- Decent knowledge of protocol-oriented programming in Swift.

- Experience working with constraint-based layouts using AutoLayout.

- Should have a good eye for detail and have good skills in implementing clean UI and UX.

- Experience with testing frameworks and writing clean, testable code.

- Experience with client/server architectures using HTTP, REST APIs, etc.

- Must have excellent knowledge of Foundation framework, Core Data, etc.

- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

- Experience working with various architecture patterns like VIPER, MVVM, etc as well with clean code principles.

- Must be a team player with good communication skills and experience mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop highly scalable, highly available, reliable, secure and fault-tolerant systems with minimal guidance for one of the fastest-growing company in India

- Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible design

- Pair with team members on functional and nonfunctional requirements and spread design philosophy, goals and improve the code quality across the team

- Partner with the product management team to define and execute the feature roadmap

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Mobile, UX etc.) on planning and execution

- Proactively manage stakeholder communication related to deliverables, risks, changes and dependencies

- The building of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Experience and Skills :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying applications on Node.JS for large scale applications.

- Strong proficiency with JavaScript

- Understanding of Asynchronous Request handling techniques.

- Deep knowledge of Linux : CentOS, Fedora, or Ubuntu

- Data modeling experience in Relational and NoSQL databases(MONGO DB)

- Ability to understand and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

- Well versed with Agile methodologies, TDD and Test Engineering and Automation

- Ability to design and implement low latency RESTful services

- Experience troubleshooting server performance - memory issues, GC tuning, resource leaks, etc.

- Excellent understanding of interactive application development paradigm, memory management, performance/resource optimizations, database interactions, network programming, concurrency and multithreading, fault tolerance, monitoring, security and operability of systems

- Continuously refactor applications to ensure high-quality design

- Ability to plan, prioritize, estimate and execute releases with a good degree of predictability

Job description

CoutLoot is looking for an crazy User Experience & Interface Designer (UI/UX) someone who eats,sleeps and drinks design. One who agrees on the importance and criticality of good design and have good understanding on human behaviour and psychology . He/she will be working very closely with the Core team of the company and the geeky tech team.

Job Responsibilities :-

• Working in coordination with product managers and engineers to develop interactive designs for CoutLoot mobile Apps and website and continuously find ways to enhance his own designs and implementation.
• Lead and evangelize best user-interface design practices, which create exceptional user experience.
• Understand customer behaviour, psychology, business drivers and objectives, and translate them into efficient UI design
• Have an understanding of UX design, user flow, prototypes and wire framing
• Stay abreast with the latest UX design practices for mobile applications.
• Understand material design concepts and have worked on them
• Lead the design process by creating sketches, wire-frames, navigation flow charts, photoshop mockups and interactive prototypes

Experience:-

• 2-4 yrs experience in online product design with at least 2yrs experience in designing interface for mobile products
