- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years previous release and/or project management experience
- Solid understanding of release and project management principles
- Strong experience with software development processes and agile methodologies
- Experience using bug tracking and management system (JIRA, Bugzilla, Testrail…) to track and build release dashboards
- Experience with Jira Query Language (JQL) and JIRA Portfolio is a definite plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multi-functional work teams toward completion
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills a must
- Experience in Data Storage, SaaS, Virtualization, Cloud, and Enterprise Equipment Deployment
- Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders and lead cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experienced in navigating variety of complex, cross-functional activities and lead all aspects of release delivery.
- Ability to engage with Business users and understand their needs.
- Broad knowledge of SaaS, distributed systems, virtualization, storage products, cloud, infrastructure software, databases, interface driven solutions is a definite plus
- General PC knowledge including GSuite, Microsoft Office and expert knowledge of Excel

- Experience with distributed systems (databases, storage, map-reduce frameworks, etc.).
- Good understanding of storage performance characteristics.
- Prior work experience in testing enterprise storage products is a must.
- Prior experience of programming, preferably in Go, Python, bash.
- Knowledge of ESXi, HyperV, KVM is a plus.

- Authoring/Editing/Publishing - MadCap Flare/MadCap Central (preferred) or experience in any one of the topic-based/DITA-based authoring tools such as Oxygen XML, XMetal, Framemaker (structured).
- Source/version control - Git/Gerrit, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Feature/Defect Management - Jira, Rally, or any industry-standard, agile project/defect management software.
- Collaboration and Process Management - Confluence, Wiki
- Domain - Familiarity with compute, cloud, storage, network, security, or virtualization technologies.

- BE/B.tech Computer science or related degree.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is highly desired
- 4+ years of experience programming on the Salesforce platform
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce.com product suite including Sales Cloud, Platform and the App Exchange
- Extensive development experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Visual-force, Lightning, Batch Apex, SOQL, Salesforce API's and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Firm understanding of advanced design patterns and engineering best practices
- Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
- Background in development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product life-cycle
- An effective communicator that works well in a collaborative team setting

- Prior experience in SaaS or subscription-based companies is a plus
- Familiar with integration applications such as Boomi, Informatica and Mulesoft preferred
- Working knowledge of Web and JavaScript frameworks are a plus Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
