Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly proficient Full Stack Developer with a strong front-end focus to join our

engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building heavy UI

applications using React.js and Tailwind CSS, integrating with back-end services built in Python

(Django or Flask), and working with data pipelines (Airflow) and SQL databases. Exposure to AI

development tools such as Cursor or similar platforms is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain complex, high-performance front-end applications using React.js,

Tailwind CSS, and modern JavaScript.

● Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs built in Python (Django

or Flask).

● Work with RESTful APIs for data retrieval, manipulation, and synchronization.

● Build and manage data workflows using Apache Airflow.

● Write efficient queries and manage data storage/retrieval in SQL databases.

● Integrate with or utilize AI-enhanced developer tools (e.g., Cursor or others) in the

development pipeline.

Required Skills:

● Proficiency in React.js and a strong grasp of JavaScript fundamentals.

● Solid experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive web design.

● Strong understanding of Python with hands-on experience in Django or Flask

frameworks.

● Experience working with REST APIs from both client and server perspectives.

● Familiarity with SQL databases and the ability to write optimized queries.

● Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools.

● Exposure to AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential sector.
• Sales Presentations & Proposals: Meet with potential clients to present our interior design services, create proposals, and close sales.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure that client expectations are clearly communicated and met.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our design offerings, materials, and services to effectively present solutions to clients.

We are looking out for a Flutter Developer who will be running and designing product application features across various cross platform devices. Just like Lego boxes that fit on top of one another, we are looking out for someone who has experience using Flutter widgets that can be plugged together, customized and deployed anywhere. Someone who is passionate about code writing, solving technical errors and taking up full ownership of app development.

Roles and Responsibilities

• You will be building and shipping robust apps to Android/ iOS devices using a single codebase.
• You will be writing readable and clear code using Dart that will be extensively documented for future use and upgrades.
• You will be sharing feedback and brainstorming ideas with teams to improve the development process.
• Understand basic concepts of design for developing user friendly applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies.

Strong Experience across Applications Migration to Cloud, Cloud native Architecture, Amazon EKS, Serverless (Lambda).​

Delivery of customer Cloud Strategies aligned with customers business objectives and with a focus on Cloud Migrations and App Modernization.​

Design of clients Cloud solutions with a focus on AWS.​

Undertake short-term delivery engagements related to cloud architecture with a specific focus on AWS and Cloud Migrations/Modernization.​

Provide leadership in migration and modernization methodologies and techniques including mass application movements into the cloud.​

Implementation of AWS within in large regulated enterprise environments.​

Nurture Cloud computing expertise internally and externally to drive Cloud Adoption.​

Work with designers and developers in the team to guide them through the solution implementation.​

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in developing database applications and reports
• Expert in SQL in various databases with good exposure to MySQL
• Hands on experience in query tuning for applications, APIs and reports
• Expertise in developing database procedures, triggers and events.
• Experience in AWS Aurora.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

• Experience developing desktop and web applications

• Familiarity with common stacks

• Knowledge of multiple opensource front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

• Knowledge of multiple opensource back-end languages (e.g. Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Node.js)

• Familiarity with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB), web servers, and UI/UX design

• Well knowledge about Docker and other DevOps technologies

• Ready to adopt new technologies as per requirements.
