• Design and create a variety of terrains for real world environments.

An aesthetically pleasing design creates a positive response in people’s brains and leads them to believe the design works better. Users often perceive aesthetically pleasing design as design that’s more usable. We need Visual Designers who know how to make their design interfaces usable, how to draw the user’s eye to the correct information and functionality., and how to prioritise content on a page through size, colour, and the use of negative space. We need visual designers who have mastered the basics of UI, graphic design, branding, and visual communication. This is because they have to translate a brand’s style and voice into a beautiful yet usable design. We take our design process seriously. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating mockups to present to teams, collecting feedback and creating a quality piece of work. This individual should be comfortable with building sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to provide to project manners and inevitably execute based on outlined criteria. This candidate should have strong creative and design skills and be familiar with various design technologies.

Responsibilities

●      Develop design solutions for various platforms

●      Establish consistent brand and creative designs

●      Communicate ideas with project managers using mock-up and look books

●      Collect feedback from project managers and adjust the approach to cater to criteria

●      Build sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to outline structure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/PG in user experience, design or related field
• 5+ years of experience with UI design
• Strong communication, design and creative thinking skills Experience with Figma/Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator etc
• Knowledge of CSS is a plus

• Providing creative direction for visual design 
• Creating processes to improve quality & streamline work for the UI design team in collaboration with UX designers, PMs, technology and QA.
• Growing, managing & mentoring a diverse team of UI designers, graphic designers & illustrators
• Conceiving a robust creative vision and executable strategy for the UI design function in close collaboration with the product, UX & Agile engineering teams
• Being an integral part of the creation, implementation, and company-wide application of a design system
• Coaching & inspiring the visual design team to understand, define & measure the impact of their creative vision
• Having a user-centric approach to your work and assist in the inculcation of a design thinking culture within the organization

• Understand target audience persona
• Ability to convert requirements into a learning game outline, plot, game mechanics and storyline.
• Develop dynamic characters and grahics
• Create the rules of the game
• Conduct play testing to test the game concept
• Develop user interface concepts (menus and controls)
• Generate the Game Design Document (GDD)
• Develop and test early prototypes
• Define the user experience
• Work with programmers to design the back end of the game
• Produce sound effects, dialogue, musical score, sound mix and sound edit
• Manage quality assurance testing, and follow up on feedback

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge or working experience on after-effects is added advantage.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design

1. Ensure the brand image is maintained through various collaterals
2. Execution and quick turnaround of collaterals as required by the marketing and sales teams including advertising collaterals, primary packaging, secondary packaging, brand collaterals in-store and otherwise, online banners, etc.
3. Guiding outsourced digital marketing teams on design aesthetic and brand DNA
4. Supervision of printing of packaging material and coordination with vendors for the same e.g. to ensure that colors on the screen are printed on physical labels etc.

Education Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate, Design Course diploma or degree preferred    

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in accounts
• Deep knowledge of software like Adobe Photoshop, AI, etc.
• A keen eye for design, colors and aesthetic
• Ability to communicate strongly Hindi and English
