The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring application health, troubleshooting production issues, executing and managing batch jobs, and ensuring high system availability.

• Provide L2/L3 application production support.
• Monitor applications and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.

As a Product Designer you will:

• As the first ever Product Designer, you'll be the core owner of our mobile app from start to finish. You’ll help us better understand our users’ needs & pain points, and will have the skills to turn your learnings into beautifully designed visuals and interactions. You'll report to our CTO and collaborate with the engineering team.
• You are an active collaborator/contributor for our other web applications.
