Work you will do :
As an Analyst in the hybrid operate business, you are responsible for adhering to the defined operating procedures and guidelines in operating the security engineering services in the Managed Services model, which includes the following:
- Administer and support Proofpoint Email Protection platforms and associated email security technologies.
- Manage anti-phishing, anti-spam, malware protection, URL defense, attachment protection, encryption, and sender authentication controls.
- Perform policy tuning, content filtering updates, allow/block list management, and email security configuration changes.
- Monitor email security alerts, quarantine activities, threat detections, and platform health to identify and respond to potential security risks.
- Investigate and resolve email security incidents, phishing reports, malware events, spoofing attempts, and user-reported threats.
- Support quarantine management, message release requests, email delivery troubleshooting, and mail flow analysis.
- Manage SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations and support email authentication initiatives.
- Coordinate vendor escalations, system enhancements, platform upgrades, and defect remediation activities.
- Support abuse mailbox monitoring, threat investigation, and email-related incident response activities.
- Develop operational reports, security dashboards, trend analysis, and email security metrics.
- Execute configuration changes, maintenance activities, and platform improvements in accordance with established change management procedures.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, messaging, security operations, and compliance teams to improve email security posture and operational effectiveness.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing phishing risk, strengthening email controls, and improving detection capabilities.
The team:
Client Managed Services team helps clients operate, monitor, and continuously improve their cybersecurity technologies and security infrastructure. The team supports endpoint security, network security, cloud security, data protection, email security, security automation, and related operational services by applying defined operating procedures, service levels, industry-leading security practices, and continuous improvement principles. Working across a diverse technology ecosystem, the team is responsible for maintaining platform health, responding to incidents and requests, implementing configuration changes, driving operational excellence, and enhancing the organization's overall security posture through proactive monitoring, governance, and engineering support.
Required :
- Minimum of 2 -5 years of experience in Email Security, Messaging Security, Security Operations, or Cyber Security Engineering.
- Hands-on experience administering Proofpoint Email Protection or similar email security platforms.
- Strong understanding of email security threats including phishing, malware, business email compromise (BEC), spoofing, and spam attacks.
- Experience managing email security policies, filtering rules, quarantine processes, and threat detection controls.
- Knowledge of email authentication technologies including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Experience investigating and responding to email security incidents and phishing campaigns.
- Understanding of SMTP mail flow, email routing, messaging platforms, and email security architectures.
- Experience supporting incident management, service request management, problem management, and change management processes.
- Ability to analyze email threats, troubleshoot delivery issues, and recommend remediation actions.
- Strong analytical, documentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred :
- Bachelors in computer science or other technical fields.
- Proofpoint certification preferred.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Defender for Office 365, or related email technologies.
- Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of threat intelligence, email threat hunting, and advanced email security techniques.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow-based workflows, ticket management, and operational governance processes.
- Understanding of Zero Trust security principles and secure communications practices.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent are a plus.
- Experience working in Managed Services environments with SLA-driven support models and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Title : Information Management (IM) Advisor – Data Controller
Job Overview :
The IM Advisor (Data Controller) will serve as the primary liaison between business and IT, ensuring best practices in Information Management (IM) solutions, compliance, and data governance.
This role involves designing and delivering IM solutions, ensuring compliance with IM standards, and driving awareness within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the first point of contact for Information Management, advising business teams on best practices and compliance.
- Implement and maintain control systems, procedures, and data validation processes for engineering data warehouses (EDW).
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure data consistency, validation, and integration into central repositories.

- Leadership & Communication : Strong interpersonal skills, global stakeholder engagement, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Technology Awareness : Familiarity with RPA, AI, Blockchain, and machine learning in IM processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Shell or similar organizations.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Continuous Improvement practices.
