Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 10–15 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in the water industry (Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Desalination, or similar domains)
Key Skills & Expertise
- Design and estimation of MCC, PLC, cabling, and field instruments
- Hands-on experience in process and proposal engineering for E&I estimation
- Strong understanding of tender specifications and ability to estimate E&I scope accurately
- Vendor and client coordination for technical clarifications and commercial evaluations
- Proficiency in preparing design documents, datasheets, and engineering drawings
Key Responsibilities
- Perform design calculations for electrical panels, MCCs, cables, and earthing systems
- Estimate power consumption, size motors and MCCs based on plant requirements
- Review tender documents and prepare specifications and datasheets for MCCs, motors, cables, and LPBS
- Develop single line diagrams (SLDs), schematic diagrams, and VFD panel specifications
- Prepare plant layouts for cable trays, earthing systems, and related E&I infrastructure

- Prepare cable and interconnection schedules for WTP/STP/ETP projects
