Software Engineer – Teamcenter (C/C++)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with hands-on Teamcenter development experience and strong C/C++ programming expertise to join our engineering team in Pune.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Teamcenter customization, server-side development, enterprise PLM implementations, and system integrations. This role offers an opportunity to work on challenging enterprise applications while contributing to scalable and high-performance PLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Teamcenter applications using C/C++ and ITK.
• Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter server-side customizations.
• Implement enhancements and custom solutions for enterprise PLM environments.
• Configure and customize Teamcenter modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within Teamcenter environments.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design activities.
• Optimize application performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 2–6 years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience.
• Strong programming skills in C and/or C++.
• Experience with Teamcenter ITK development and server-side customization.
• Good understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience working on enterprise application development projects.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Active Workspace (AWC) customization and development.
• BMIDE configuration and customization.
• Teamcenter Workflow customization.
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain knowledge.
• Integration experience with NX, CATIA, SAP, or other enterprise systems.
• Exposure to Teamcenter administration activities.

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
