About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with hands-on Teamcenter development experience and strong C/C++ programming expertise to join our engineering team in Pune.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for Teamcenter customization, server-side development, enterprise PLM implementations, and system integrations. This role offers an opportunity to work on challenging enterprise applications while contributing to scalable and high-performance PLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Teamcenter applications using C/C++ and ITK.
- Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter server-side customizations.
- Implement enhancements and custom solutions for enterprise PLM environments.
- Configure and customize Teamcenter modules based on business requirements.
- Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within Teamcenter environments.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design activities.
- Optimize application performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 2–6 years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience.
- Strong programming skills in C and/or C++.
- Experience with Teamcenter ITK development and server-side customization.
- Good understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience working on enterprise application development projects.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Preferred Skills
- Active Workspace (AWC) customization and development.
- BMIDE configuration and customization.
- Teamcenter Workflow customization.
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain knowledge.
- Integration experience with NX, CATIA, SAP, or other enterprise systems.
- Exposure to Teamcenter administration activities.
Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Experience working in a global engineering or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
