Role & Responsibilities

• Experience 3-4 years (GB03), 5 years (GB04)
• Product design and UX research background with understanding of software development, retail services, and branding
• Must have developed ecosystem maps or service blueprints in different products
• Must have knowledge related to system architecture (either built or designed)
• Education can be bachelor of technology or design; certifications from renowned institutes on Service Design (SDN or NNg UX research certificate). UK institutes offer Masters in Service Design, as well as certificate programs from IITs.
• Good to have is research/awards in service design or service innovation, work as a service designer with early-stage startup

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Service Design /Customer (user) Experience Design profile
• Mandatory (Experience1) - Must have 3+ YOE in Service Design (Customer Experience Design) across Products/Services with strong experience of end-to-end service thinking (beyond just UI/UX)
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have hands-on experience in creating service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and customer journey maps across multiple products or services
• Mandatory (Experience 3) - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, retail/service ecosystems, with branding and experience consistency principles
• Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have working knowledge of system architecture (designed or collaborated closely with engineering teams)
• Mandatory (Portfolio) - Strong portfolio showcasing service design projects, including problem framing, research insights, blueprinting, and implementation impact
• Mandatory (Education) - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Technology, or related field (B.Des / B.Tech or equivalent)
• Highly Preferred (Pedigree) - Candidates from NID College are highly preferred
• Preferred (Certifications) - Relevant certifications in Service Design / UX Research from reputed institutes (e.g., SDN, NNg, IIT programs, or equivalent)
• Preferred (Experience 1) - Experience working as a Service Designer in early-stage startups or involvement in service innovation initiatives / awards / research

We are seeking a Senior Laravel Developer with deep expertise in PHP and Laravel to design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cloud infrastructure, payment integrations, and backend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems using Laravel and PHP.
• Integrate third-party APIs, particularly Stripe, for payment processing.
• Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean) to deploy and manage applications.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Github or Bitbucket.
• Develop and maintain webhooks for seamless communication between systems.
• Use RabbitMQ or other messaging queues for asynchronous tasks and communication.
• Ensure the application is secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Laravel Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and DigitalOcean.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Github/Bitbucket).
• Experience with message queues like RabbitMQ.
• Strong understanding of webhooks and API integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Role: ASIC Physical Engineer

Location: Bangalore

REQUIREMENTS:

∙             5-7 years of experience in ASIC Physical Design

∙            Have good knowledge of entire physical design process from floorplan till GDS generation

∙            Good Exposure to Physical Verification Process

∙            Have hands-on experience in latest sub-micron technologies below 10 nm

∙            Hands –on experience in leading PnR tools Synopsys ICC/ICC2

∙                   Experience in low power designs and handling congestion or timing critical tiles will be preferred

∙            Should be a quick learner and have good attention to detail

∙            Experience in ECO implementation preferred

∙            Scripting skills in Perl/Tcl/Python etc

∙            Must have good communication & problem-solving skills.

∙             Should be able to handle PNR tasks with minimal supervision
