Senior Full-Stack Engineer

To be successful in your role, it is important that you have…

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years of using .NET/.NET Core, C#, Angular, JavaScript, HTML

• 5+ years of experience with databases preferably SQL Server and T-SQL

• C# development with multi-threading principles, good knowledge of .Net data structure and objects.

• Experience with working with/ troubleshooting large volume SQL Server databases

• Experience with REST (XML, JSON), SOAP Web Services development using ASP.NET, Web API

• Experience and belief in CI/CD/DevOps

• Strong software product development/engineering with complete understanding of SDLC

• Strong full stack developer and good knowledge of frameworks

• Ability to independently deliver on stories

• Experience mentoring junior developers

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize time as per the need

• Train the other legal team members on negotiation/drafting skills
• Managing, mentoring and leading team members.

• 8+ years of law firm experience with a mid to large size law firm or IT company or similar industry with a focus on general corporate law. An understanding of IT and IT sourcing contracts a plus
• Strong knowledge and experience in negotiating high value commercial contracts. Candidate should possess experience in handling international clients and exposed to international laws

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Ability to read requirements and independently work on a project with minimal supervision
